Whenever i boot the game it loads up just fine but when i begin to play there are no textures and the planes and pits appear to be nothing but black Silhouettes (no matter how much i change around the graphics settings). I have a feeling i might need a graphics card. If the graphics card is the issue then would an evga 8400gs with 1 gig suffice? Specs are below: Windows XP Pentium 4 processor with 3 GHz 2.49 gigs of ram Barbados motherboard

I am so lookin forward to these new updates and i hope that a new SU-33 model with the improved 6 dof cockpit comes out for FC3 as well :D

I agree with you 10000% lol. Another aircraft that would be nice to see is the SU-30MKi. Out of all flankers i think the mki gets very little love in the sim world. The mki would also be perfect for strike ops.

Personally i would love to see a DCS SU-33. The SU-33 rarely gets any love and we do get to perform carrier ops and multi role missions with it (even though the SU-33 uses unguided ground weapons). Plus im sure the flight model of the SU-33 is already well developed for lock on so why not go the extra mile and make it even better eh? :)

Hmm it would be nice to see an avionic upgrade for the current DCS black shark. As a matter of fact is the black shark still being produced along side the KA-52 or did they stop producing black sharks all together? Im curious about this since i see the KA-50 on kamovs product list on their website :helpsmilie:.

Wow this is impressive :). Hopefully an F-14D cockpit of this caliber will come along to compliment the VNAO F-14D :).

An F-14D would be wonderful to see since the tomcat is legendary and very well known :).

Since they shortened the tail stinger and removed the flare boxes. Where would the chaff be located if the SU-33 still has chaff?

I do like them both as well. But since the fulcrum lacks fly by wire it would seem that the pilot has a larger man to machine connection vs a fly by wire equipped plane.

Which is the better all around aircraft in terms of reliability and capability? Now I am a mig fan as well. And in the 29s defense. The export models were downgraded considerably and flown mostly by incompetent fools as well as poorly maintained.

Well first of all I'd like to say hi to everyone on this forum and that I'm a huge fan of lock on. SU-33 is my bird of choice :). Anyway where would I have better Luck finding a Russian ZSH-7 helmet with the oxygen mask? And who makes the helmets? And if it counts I live in the USA.
