I recently went from 32bit to 64 bit OS, Windows 7 and when doing so I have lost the ability to use my Joy Stick in DCS World. It does not show up in the oiptions menu under controls. I have been told that when I plug my usb controller into the computer, that it automatically calibrates itself. I am unable to calibrate the joy stick from device manager like I could do before. Any ideas?

Will I need to uninstall DCS World when I upgrade to a 64 bit OS and reinstall it when finished? and if so will I be charged a reinstall?

I can't seem to get ft noir working with my bs-2 in dcs world. I loaded dcs a10c from my bin file into facetrack file and when I click on DCS A10C profile, tweak Point Tracker settings, the widget will not even be close for me to try to figure how to get it to move with me. Iam using a PS3 camera along with the pro clip. Is there someone out their that has the curve settings that I need? I was hoping that the A10C would be the same for the BS-2

Hello all, I was wondering if Easy Monitor Config will work without having DCS World Installed? I would like to run Helios on a separate computer with Easy Monitor Config working so that I might use the Abris for my pit sim.:pilotfly:

Yes, It does. The abris and shkval work fine however the gauages will not work. Helios says that the path for Black Shark was found, but nothing works. All bindings are there.???

DCS World 1.2.4 will not work with Helios. Can someone please help?:helpsmilie:

So with the new DCS World you do not have to make two new folders (scrip & config) and have them in DCS world and User path and have a config .lua installed in both? I am using BS-2.b What is the JSGME mod?

Will Helios connect with DCS World 1.2.4 with out having to reconfigure the path each time you use it?

I did that, both helios and dcs world and it did not work. and I read that thread , more than once and did just what they said to do. still not working.

I have done all of the steps from previous threads and I cannot get helios to run with dcs world 1.2.3 black shark. From what I see is that you need to make a new export .lua by starting helios, and selecting a saved profile, point it to the right file folder C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World, copy and paste the "new" export .lua into three (3) places. #1 : c\:program files\eagle dynamics\dcs world\config\export. #2 c:\program files\eagle dynamics\dcs world\scrips and #3. c:\user\my name\saved games\dcs\scrips and make a new config .lua with a statement ( enableexportscrips = true.) and past it into two places c:\program files\eagle dynamics\dcs world\export\ and c:\user\myname\saved games\DCS\config. It will not work for me! What am I doing wrong? When I open Helios profile,select a saved profile and click open I get a screen with a message that says DCS Black Shark Installation path was not found, but when I ckick OK the DCS Blach Shark Setup shows that it is connected and all of the bindings are there as programed. I am sure that the problem is "ME", but "ME" don't know what else to do!! I have spent three days trying to figure this out. I know the problem is in fron of me, but I can't see it. PLEASE HELP. :helpsmilie:

I am trying to set up my Pit Sim using softTH hardware. I have reconfigured my monitor .lua, but I am not sure if I have the softTH configured right? I am using the softTH config tool. My goal is to have the Abris working on one monitor(#2) along with Helios and my sharkval working on another monitor (#4). Can someone please help.

QUESTION!!Can the Monitor config lua, the options lua, and the options data lua be configured to work in multi screens (for pit simulation) in BS-2 and DCS world???

Hello all. a while back I was able to get my pit sim working with the help of Peter. p. I have since switched from Win XP to Win -7 and up graded to BS-2/DCS World. Now my monitor/options and options data lua's will not work for my pit sim. I have tried to re write them but still-no. can someone help? :helpsmilie:

Is there a way to get EASY FLIGHT to work with BS-2? I see it is in the Options Data Lua but it is not listed in the options menu on the game and is there a doc or manual for the setup of bs-2 ie what do the settings in the optiond menu do in the game/simulation mode?

Problem Solved, I was fat fingering the key pad It all seemes to work but I see that it is harder to fly the Black Shark in this setup as before when I had BS-1.(Easy Flight) THANK YOU ALL for your quick respone to my problem.

Problem solved I was pointed to a problem with 32bit OS and that fixed the problem.
