  1. Ah thanks for the info, any idea when steam might catch up? I'm tempted to download DCS world from the website but that'd be another big download I have to set running :D
  2. DCS world on steam an older version? Hi, I just downloaded DCS world on steam and thought I might as well go about getting black shark 2 and warthog installed and into it. Warthog works fine (have it on steam too). However when I came to add black shark .. I installed black shark 1 (on steam). Downloaded the upgrade version of 2 (which I have a key for) but when I try installing that I get this error: It seems that the version of DCS world on steam is not actually current?! Or that there's something else odd going on here. I've tried running the DCS_updater.exe in bin .. but that doesn't seem to do anything (load of errors) and I assume it doesn't auto update as steam is meant to be doing that. So, what are my options here? (Guess I could find an older version of file).
  3. Good evening, Me and my friends recently all started playing Black Shark 1. We were very keen to try making our missions and have a bit of coop fun. However when one of us hosts that person will randomly (seriously happens at a random moment we cannot replicate it easily) freeze and be unable to do anything. Others who are connecting as clients however can keep playing fine. Randomly the game will then come back and continue on as normal. I have noticed that when this happens if I view the process in the task manager DCS Black shark is continually claiming memory at around 100 mb / second getting to 2 Gig and then resetting back to around 500 mb. This continues with the game being non-responsive for the host until it randomly un-freezes or is closed. Any one else have this issue or anything similar? Any possibly ideas or thoughts on what could be causing it?
