I built my own collective, using a Joystick, removed x axis using a slotted plate so only the y axis worked. I removed the throttle and mounted it at 90 deg with a shaft (wooden dowl) thru a 20mm PVC Conduit and a 25mm PVC Conduit as my throttle handle. Worked pretty well on BS. I removed all the switches and mounted them in a PVC Box with new buttons too.
