Yes, but alas I have yet to hear back from them. I'm being a little bit more persistant (and somewhat impatient) than I normally would because it concerns more than just myself. I have a whole team waiting to purchase FC and join the community. I told them to hold off until at least my transaction goes through. It's only $15 and a deal at that, but the fact that I'm at a standstill until support or someone else can come to our aid is frustrating and has a lot of my guys second guessing about the expansion. I also run a dedicated server in Dallas, TX and am eagerly waiting to start a dedicated 24/7 LOMAC FC server to add to the ones already out there. This holdup is just a little bit more than frustrating at the moment. I can deal with bugs and patches, but having the entire purchase/download process out of whack is just bad business.

How about just getting the purchase/download section even working. I'm kind of stuck here because the site is spitting out php errors all over the place once it verifies and charges your credit card (Visa non-debt card). I cannot access the downloads section of the files section if I log in. Total crap in my opinion. I just want to play the damn expansion. I would not recommend ANYONE to use the online purchase/download option until I at least they get it working. Unless you just feel like giving them $15 and getting nothing in return.

THIS MESSAGE HAS BEEN EDITED I was previously getting an error: Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /usr/local/www/lockon/scripts/products.php on line 313 I could NOT get the program to download but the FC crew has fixed their site and now the download works. It is now safe for all to order the program at this time. Thank you to the FC crew. A fairly fast turnaround time for the problem.
