  1. Thanks, guys. It was there just as Sabre TLA outlined. I was looking in Campaign Builder rather than Campaign. Silly me.
  2. I recently purchased the Gazelle helicopter and the A-10C Tactical Training Qualification Campaign. When I restarted DCS World I was shown a box in which I inserted the serial number of the Gazelle and was able to install the helicopter. Although in DCS World there was a notice that I could install both the helicopter and the campaign I can't find where the campaign installed or whether it installed at all. I have looked high and low on the home page listings (Campaign, Mission, etc.) but have not found the A-10C Tactical Training Campaign. Can anyone advise me how to install this campaign. Thanks for any help!
  3. Thanks, ac5. I didn't know that it was also a button.
  4. Where do we find Analogue Axis options, Mr Sukebe?
  5. Does anyone know how to assign the CH Pro Throttle Mini Stick to some function in DCS? It would be nice to move the cursor around in either the American or the Russian targeting systems. I cannot get DCS to recognize the mini stick in any Axis Assign function. Thanks for any insights!
  6. Here is the zipped file, attached. autoupdate_log.zip
  7. Dear experts, I've searched the forum and have read the following FAQ: "Installing Nevada First and foremost, you must have purchased Nevada (NTTR), It is required for DCS 2.0 You can buy it in our E-Shop: DCS: NEVADA Test and Training Range Map Once you have DCS 2.0 installed login to the module manager in game, your purchased terrain should be available for download. If not please check your purchase is bound to your ED account here using the license check." I have purchased and installed DCS 2.0. I have managed to transfer my modules from 1.5 to 2.0 (airplanes and helicopters). I have purchased NTTR from the e-store and I have a license number. I have loaded DCS 2.0 and logined to the module manager in game. My purchased terrain does not appear available for download. I go to downloadable content in 2.0 and click on Terrain. Nothing appears. I refresh that screen. Nothing appears. My license check shows my purchase serial number. I see above that I need to check whether my purchase is "bound to (my) ED account." Is that a separate step that needs to be taken? Any advice will be appreciated. kaglecom
  8. Here's a really helpful video on landing the Mi-8: Nothing like seeing it done. mandeldog
  9. I've got a video of the situation and could probably make a better one. How do I post that file to the forum? Thanks, mandeldog
  10. Do you ever start on the runway and pull back the collective and the gauges respond but the helicopter fails to take off? When it happens, I have to Quit and reload. Any insights or solutions? Thank you, mandeldog
  11. The Flexible Sight can be aimed with these keys: ( , . / ). I understand that these keys used to be listed under Commands / Flexible Sight, but no longer are. Is there any way to bind these keys to a hat switch on HOTAS? As they are no longer listed under Commands (but still operate), I'm guessing no. But why would the developer eliminate that option?
  12. I just did this amazing thing. I activated the Huey I bought on Steam in the DCS World downloaded from DCS itself. I didn't know I could do that. I was buzzing around the forums, and happened on that post where you copy your CD Key off of Steam and use it to activate a module on DCS. Amazing. Thanks to all.
  13. Thanks for the advice - I checked Steam/SteamApps/Common - there are other Steam games in there, but no DCS World. I wonder where Steam DCS World is found?
  14. I would like to install Devrim's Less Dirty Windows mod for the Huey. Here's the problem: I have two installations of DCS World. The first is from DCS and contains all other aircraft. The second is from Steam and contains only the Huey. The read-me file with Devrim's mod states: "Just Drag & drop "UH1_glass_refl.dds" into "...\DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\Uh-1H\Cockpit\Resources\Model\Textures\UH-1H-CPT-TEXTURES.zip" file." The "aircrafts" folder contains all the aircraft in my DCS World installation from DCS. The "aircraft" folder contains nothing. I cannot find, after a lot of searching, where the UH-1H Huey is hiding. I basically cannot find the Steam DCS World installation at all - just a lot of Steam files that relate to Steam only (as far as I can figure). Are there any computer whizzes out there that can help me find the Steam Huey, so that it can get "less dirty windows"? Thanks!
  15. Excellent videos - I'm just getting back into the Ka-50, and it's good to review how to use the weaponry. I'm finally understanding the use of the helmet mounted sight. Thanks.
