  1. I didnt see your last reply. That aside, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, what is the point in replying? You are wasting your time and mine no disrespect meant. Yes I am but it's self-evident I'm wasting my time with it. I will just have to upgrade my PC and be done with it.
  2. I'm referring to dcs control bindings with Geforce Now as I mentioned in my OP. The Nvidia app is entirely separate for graphics config.
  3. Do you play DCS yourself remotely? I have the Nvidia app already and it is a graphics config app, nothing to do with cloud gaming/streaming whatsoever. It even has a link to download GEForce Now as a separate application.
  4. Hello, it is actually a common problem as this issue has been mentioned a lot online. I'm looking for eplies from people who actually have a solution having implemented it themselves, assuming there is one. I should have stated this in my OP.
  5. I had no idea which section to post this in, I tried GFN's forum but got no replies, so I'll try here instead. Does any one here who plays DCS on Geforce Now know a way to save/restore control bindings between sessions? I don't think there is a way tbh, so I won't likely be wasting much time with Geforce Now. Its garbage imo.
  6. Thats because the old CFM had no WW2 functionality built in. You have completely missed the point entirely.
  7. We have, between us, I think, provided more than enough feedback on the limitations of the QAG which offers absolutely nothing over the system it it supposed to replace. You need to to take on board this feedback as it comes from people who have invested a lot of time and money into DCS. In a nutshell, we want the old fast mission generator back, whether you choose to run it alongside the QAG or whatever, is up to you. If you don't you're going to have problems, because I for one will be done with DCS for good unless ED starts listening to its user base. I'm sure I'm far from the only one who thinks this.
  8. the QAG is useful for a bit of target practice and perhaps for video creation, but that's about it. The only minor complaint I had with the old fast mission generator is it only generated certain units, and the air units tended to just fly in a circle then land iirc.
  9. You can, just select era, map, aircraft, and don't select any enemies, simple.
  10. well so far ED's response has been pretty dismissive, along the lines of... if you want the old functions back, use the mission editor, the QAG is for simple missions only. Like many others on here I have invested a lot of time and money into this game, and being treated like this not good enough. Until this issue is resolved, I wont be purchasing any more modules in future.
  11. Can we please have the old Fast Mission generator bck please? It worked well, and I'm far from the only one that wants it back. I can understand that the QAG is streamlined in a way to benefit content creators etc, understandable but is there any reason why they can't both be in the game or aren't the players seen as important to ED? It sure seems that way atm.
  12. I haven't had any crashing issues myself so far.
  13. I think you've hit the nail on the head with this. The QAG won't allow you to have both helis and fixed wing in the same mission, you can't have ground units in a dogfight mission, in a SEAD mission its air defences and nothing else etc etc. I initially liked the QAG., now I absolutely hate it. It's utter garbage. Thank god it relatively easy to populate the map with the ME, but I wany the old Fast Mission functionality back. They replaced a Canon DLS with a Box Brownie.
  14. I'm fully aware of what it's for thanks.
  15. Had a bit of a play with the new QAG and am liking it in some ways but one thing I don't like is that if you select say a ground attack mission, you cannot add enemy air units, or ground units if you select Dogfight mode etc. This feels somewhat restrictive to me and a backwards step from the old QMG. I lke the interface overall though and how quick and easy it is to add different unit types from the drop down boxes.
