I deleted the Flaming Cliffs folder entirely so it would be marked as missing and ended up only downloading that part!

I was trying to install a new aircraft and broke my
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld\Mods\aircraft\Flaming Cliffs
Folder
Where can I re-download it; I have a weak internet connection and it would take forever to uninstall then reinstall the entire game.

My personal guess is stand-off in the Su-25A is really used for big targets like bunkers, buildings, structures like runways or even ships. For an IFV or tank you are right, you have to get close enough to see it, I often fire without being able to see it then adjust the laser as I get closer so it’s dead on target. Obviously if it’s a defended target you are pretty screwed
No wonder why most of the first SU-25 footages had cluster bombs and unguided rocket demonstrations...

How do I aim at distant targets (5Km and beyond) using instruments and not "zooming my head in"?

I would like for ED to consider Crossfire/SLI
Medium end 2015 GPUs now can now be found bellow $100 and Full HD screens are becoming a lot cheaper; this encourages for multi-GPU and multi-monitor setup.
I consider this essential especially for the next 3 years where even good Full HD screens might even get as cheap as $50
Simply put: Multi-GPU platform is defiantly the future.

Thanks. I am not going to buy hardwares anytime soon, I just wanted to know a few basic misconceptions. On the bright side, better hardwares might be available (for barebooks too) later.

Thanks. But just for the sake of curiosity, will I7s and opterons also run dcs well? Because I am jumping between building a capabile Desktop with I5 or a barebook with I7 or Opteron. (I already have an I5-m520 and it doesn't run well and I am much of a mobile user. I just don't want to spend over $1000 with alienwares and qosimos, I at least want 1440*900 with 60fps, even on lowest settings)

Hello everyone.
I want to build a new computer capable of running FL3. I just want to know should I get a gaming cpu (examples: I5 and FX-8370BE) or something with processing power (example I7). Will xeons and Opterons shine in this area since they are workstation CPUs and thus have high scientific processing powers? GPUs are not of much my concerns since GTX-660ti is actually more than enough and decently priced.

Does changing from Windows 7 32 bit Windows 64 bit+8GB RAM improves the performance of lock on flaming cliffs 2?

I tried to reinstall the FC2, but it didn't work either. I guess I'm stuck with the page up/down for now, but I truly appreciate your help and everyone else's. See you all in multiplayer, once I get used to the game.

It doesn't function, that's why I called the thread "joystick incompatibility" although our friend Nate--IRL-- says he has the same one and works properly, and yes the engines where on/active during flight.
