Does anyone know of any KA50/a10c/f15 missions that have spawning in enemies and things like that? Kind of hard to explain what I want, it's like, I enjoy the quick generated missions but the problem with them is after you run out of weapons there's almost no incentive to go re-arm and come back because by then all/most of the targets are dead; like with the F15 I go in, kill the 3-4 jets in the area and the 2 helicopters that spawn and then there's nothing for me to kill so I just quit the mission. I want something where more units come in as you kill more or to reinforce or something like that.

Well the patch they put out yesterday fixed it for me, but now it's crashing again when I click login. EDIT: Oh I see, if you click the multiplayer icon and try to login without first clicking DCS world to update it'll crash, there should be a notification for both icons.

DCS W 1.2.1 multiplayer crash on login Since the update I'm getting a crash to desktop when the login screen gets to "connecting to master server" then it locks up and I get the good old "DCS world has encountered an error" crash.

Me as well, seems like it would be years before it even happens though which is just so depressing.

I figured I was at a level of understanding that I could get on multiplayer and have fun at this point, but now I realize why so many people hate DCSworld, it's buggy and broken as hell! Either I get disconnected because I minimized the game and have to spend another 5 minutes in loading screens or the game CTD's for no apparent reason when I'm just sitting on the ramp. So great, can I play multiplayer in the stand alone version of DCS or is DCS world all that's really supported now because this is ridiculous.

I think he actually said it's just on the side for now as he's writing a book on scenery for the unity engine, but what little talk there has been it kind of sounds as if it's coming along at some point. He did say funding was an issue as well and that he's looking into indie gogo and such but I dunno, I just hope someone makes an Apache sim soon; there's basically none in existence unless you're willing to look at crummy 2d cockpits and very outdated visuals.

I reallllly want an AH64D, the Black shark is nice but I don't care about the blackshark the AH64D to date probably remains the only modern aircraft I would be willing to really study it out and learn it from top to bottom. I hope Combat helo is coming this year cause I'm so tired of waiting.

The instant action mission "cold start at Moz(dok?)" the fuel truck that usually drives by and parks next to you instead drives and usually gets stuck right in the middle between you and the other chopper taking off. I got a tutorial mission from a sticky on SimHQ, I've played it several times in the stand alone version fine, when I load it up in DCS world the skin on the plane is orange. I don't know what specific livery it is, I don't even know how to select different skins yet. Also the lack of voice in training mode for the A10c Also I can't figure out how to get the interactive training scenarios for Ka-50 that I also got off SimHQ to work in DCS world, I'm sure if I did get them to work they wouldn't work properly anyways.

Is there something wrong with just downloading and playing each stand alone game because this DCS world B.S doesn't seem to be worth it's trouble so far.

What you expect me to do all that?

Missions are bugged and now I'm loading up missions and my helicopter has a blank orange skin with white lines on it? What the hell is going on and what's the point of using DCS world if it's just going to break everything about this game?

Unticking "disable aero" fixed the need to alt tab for cockpit click controls.

Okay, I also noticed in the A10c training the voice for the tutorial doesn't ever come up, but the text and tutorial moves on without it. Minimizing didn't change this.

Hey guys, just got done installing DCS world along with A10 and Ka-50 modules. I'm having a couple issues. Firstly where do I put my Ka-50 missions and the interactive training I downloaded, I can't seem to find the appropriate folders. Secondly, when I start an instant mission in Blackshark 2 through DCS world, for some reason I'm unable to click the cockpit until I minimize the game and then bring it back up, I also noticed with the instant mission "cold start as Moz." the fuel truck that usually drives by sometimes gets stuck and stops moving until the Mi-26 next took me taxi'd and took off. When he gets stuck it's engine sound loops over and over, stops, then loops again and again.

I installed DCS world and the two modules for ka50 and a10, now where do I put my downloaded missions and interactive training for Blackshark? I can' find any of the same folders in the DCS world directory.

Can I transfer over the controls settings?

I already downloaded Blackshark 2 standalone version, I'm downloading the a10 module and dcs world now will I have to redownload the blackshark module or will it automatically integrate?

Alright well it's already been used so :\ Is the steam version of A10c any different or does it cause any problems? It's on sale for 16$ today.

A friend of mine has an A10c key he doesn't use but it's attached to his email and account, can it be transferred to my account and email?

AH64D in the pipeline? Hey guys! This was the only place I figured this would fit. I just bought BS 2 and I'm enjoying it, but I really want to fly the Apache much more than the Ka-50. Aside from Combat Helo which seems to be in limbo for the moment there's nothing else out there on the same level of depth with clickable cockpits and a newer engine like A10c and BS2. I really hope we get a new chopper next.

Thanks Shu, I'll give that a shot. I think I have a handle on most of the trim now, I'm amazed at how quickly I've been able to grasp most of the systems in Blackshark as opposed to A10c where I spent several weeks with it and still never understood how to get up and shoot stuff. Very fun.
