I have the same problem DCS World on Steam and Stand alone is not working. OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Version 10.0.17692 Build 17692 I opted out of receiving Insider updates and rolled back but as far as I know you can't revert to a stable windows version without a full clean windows install. (That is just crazy I don't trust the backup system at all when I have important files I must keep) However if anyone needs to know eset nod32 also doesn't work if your running Insider Preview either.
