So its been 2 months since i opened a ticket, finally i get an email and i think yay! i can finally play black shark again. Instead i find my ticket has been closed. This is just so annoying. All this protection stuff and bad support just helps promotes piracy. If someone can do something about this i would be very grateful. The ticket is #16141. I just need some new unlocks for black shark 1 so i can play it, and possibly purchase bs2, although that might not be wise considering how bad the support is.

So i thought maybe ill just buy the upgrade to black shark 2, but i went to install it and it requires BS1 to be installed and activated unless i want to fork out the cash for the whole game, not just the upgrade. This user support is just pathetic.

hi i opened a ticket a bit over a week ago and i have had no reply. ticket #16141 I just need some new activations added to my serial. This activation system really annoys me, what's the point of paying for something I now cannot use at my leisure.
