What kind of a display is that you're using? Is it a VFD or an LCD?

I'm voltctrl. DCS A-10c is my first real flight simulator I've gotten into. I was spurred by how much fun it was to fly in WWII online and BF3. However, BF3 was a pretty bad game, and I know the rep BF3 pilots have here. Worry not, I'm actually reading the manual. Hoping to build my own cockpit, more or less. I'm planning to make the CMSP for a school project.
