This is why you constantly hear "Hey, what are you doing?!" your Crew Chief is trying to jog alongside you... -

OK turning down/off Helmet audio did the trick! Had fun last night running the mission. Though I spent 23 minutes flying at 160' head on a swivel waiting for Air Support, find a target, get my Mav off and then realize the 65D locked on a friendly unit that was in the seeker's FOV but farther away... Wild Turkey has been autokicked.... #FACEPALM -

Yeah I will try the Helmet Volume next time I am flying. I actually like SRS, its a bit to get used to as I am accustomed to flying in near silence besides TS... -

Us poor Strikers cant even get past Bulls half the time...lol About the comms, I notice Magic(The AI) is spamming constantly while I am trying to listen to the actual human calling out targets etc. This is in the A10c. -
Also doesn't help that anything routing thru Level3.net is shit right now plus anything atlas.cogentco.com.

The 87/103's have been bunk from the getgo. Other than when trying to crash the server(multiple 87 drops). The 97/105's work great gainst soft and hard targets(other than bunkers).

I already did that, Its a fresh dcs install, done it multiple times.

Ok, so I updated to the newest version. Now when I goto the settings GUI from the main launch screen, I can do everything but work in the "controls" tab, my mouse will not let me scroll or even click anything in there, or even allow me to get back out. I literally have to log off/on or end task to get DCS to go away, not even ALT-TAB works. I can move the mouse around even to one of my other 2 monitors and work with files/folders there but cant manipulate dcs. I am using a naga with the synapse 2.0 software and it has always worked. Now I would assume it is the razer software but it only gets bugged in the one tab, not anywhere else. Yes I unistalled synapse and my mouse works fine in the controls tab, though this is not going to work for me as I use it in other games with no problems. I have done a fresh install of DCS to include deleting the folder in saved games. Anyone else run into this?

Regardless of the game type, if it is not written well it cant be read well. If WoW, CoV/CoH or any other mmo, open sandbox game runs with all the bells and whistles, then it is a purelly written error. X64, multicore etc need to be utilized. We will see in the future releases but i am not buying anymore modules till they fix what I have.

Yeah maybe 16qxaa or whatnot is overkill.... I will have to dig throughout the sub nvidia settings and look at, AA, AF, tesalation settings etc.

You can talk shit about my "supposed bottleneck" all day, I really don't care. I can run DCS-A10c maxed with frame rates to give away but world craps the system. Was working fine on my "supposed bottleneck" before. So if the only thing that changed was them throwing in "world" to combine everything, I tend to lean towards coding errors, all it takes is a few wrong arguments or calls to something and oh look, my frames shat out the floor cause there is a { or ! Or even a _ in the wrong place. On top of all this hyper threading doesn't really kick in until you bring in multiple cores. Then it really shines, oh wait, world doesn't have the "in the coding" YET... The cbu 87's have been death for awhile. the 97's and 105's still make your gear work harder but they don't give me a slideshow. Oh and by the way I have one of these( ASUS Z9PE-D8)sitting next to my gaming system. Running 32gb ram 2 xeons both with hyper threading. 12tb of drive space 1 gtx 690 and. 240gb ssd for the system, same results, a10c my frames read TILT, DCS world it kills that system too.

Its funny, i am running Bioshock Inf on ULTRA everything and don't even max out my vram AND get upto 100fps on a 46" TV. I play this game and I cant squeeze out 30 on even medium settings. This is a pure coding screwup.

I'll take a crack at it aswell tonight after work. I would like to see in the test results, Hardware, Monitor Res and Graphics settings. I am running a 46" 1080p tv along with a 27" 144hz monitor at 1080p and a 1680x1050 20.5". Dual 680's in sli. If these test are being run at min settings at 1024x768 or what not, it skews everything.

[How To] Export ALL Indicators like MFCD via ViewPorts
wild turkey replied to icemaker's topic in Multi-Display Bugs
I figured it out. It will show BOTH the preset # and the actual frequencies. If you have the switch set to "PRE" it shoes the preset # ie 1,2,3 etc. If you have it set to MANUAL it shows the whole frequency to 6 digits, ie 251.000 etc etc. -

Whats with the UHF Frequency on the main panel left and down from Arti Horizon? It used to show the full freq (125.xxx) etc etc, now it just shows the "preset channel"? It seems to be screwin up my exports for helios as the UHF_REPEATER and UHF_PRESET_CHANNEL.lua are looking at the same thing?
