Had to knock the dust off my forum account just to weigh in. No

3 MB/s locked for 3 hours upload and I've only seen 300 KB/s tops download. Clearly someone reversed the bandwidth values in the torrent client configuration..... All other companies using torrents to distribute their product give bandwidth controls to the end user so that THEY (the user) decide how much of THEIR connection to dedicate for download / upload. I fully support maintaining a 1:1 or even 2:1 up to down ratio but 10:1 is hardly reasonable.

*Bump* Our in house Campaign which models a conflict similar to what was seen in Kosovo is now 3 missions in. Our second campaign will begin once 1.2.3 has been released. Recruitment is still open for A-10 and KA-50 pilots.

Our periods of activity are usually from 7pm to Midnight (Central) each weeknight with formal campaign nights held on Thursday nights. At this time most of our members are from US/Canada with normal flight hours from 7pm CST - 12AM CST (GMT-6). While we aren't a strict US only wing you do have to be able to fly during the time we are online in addition to having a reasonable connection to our multiplayer servers.
