    VIRPIL Controls BFM CUP

    Привет, пилоты!

    Приглашаем вас на турнир — VIRPIL Controls BFM Cup, организованный командой VIRPIL Controls Community Servers при поддержке Eagle Dynamics и сообществ «DCS Dogfighters» и «Виртуальный пилот». Покажите свое мастерство ближнего маневренного воздушного боя в напряженных схватках 1 на 1!

    Для участия в сражениях доступны истребители 4-го поколения: F-15C, Су-27, Су-33, F-14B, МиГ-29С, M-2000C, FA-18C, F-16C, JF-17, J-11A. Доступно только встроенное пушечное вооружение.

    Турнир будет проходить в несколько этапов, проходящих по выходным (суббота и воскресенье). Точное количество мероприятий и их расписание будут объявлены после окончания периода регистрации.

    Для подтверждения участия в турнире необходимо иметь учетную запись на портале virpil-servers.com, с привязанным аккаунтом DCS World. Желательно присутствие в системе голосовой связи Discord.

    Турнир будет проходить в три этапа

    • Квалификация
    • Групповой этап
    • Стадия плей-офф

    Во время квалификации, в круговом формате будут отбираться игроки для следующего этапа. Больше побед — выше шансы получить приглашение!

    После подтверждения участия во втором этапе, пилоты будут разделены на группы по 4. По результатам группового этапа (3 матча, по 6 дуэлей в каждом), двое лучших выйдут в стадию плей-офф!

    Заключительная стадия будет проходить по Олимпийской системе (на выбывание). С каждым оппонентом пилоты сразятся до двух побед, в полуфиналах — до трех, а в борьбе за титул Чемпиона — до четырех побед в дуэлях!

    Особенный стимул побороться за победу — главный приз турнира: флагманская ручка серии “Эксперт” — VPC FLNKR Grip! Или купон на €300!

    Серебряный призер получит возможность сэкономить на покупках в магазинах VIRPIL Controls на сумму, эквивалентную €150!

    Поднявшийся на подиум третьим, получит код на €75!

    Все трое пилотов, занявших призовые позиции получат призы от спонсора мероприятия — компании Eagle Dynamics — модули для DCS World на выбор!

    Испытайте свои силы в VIRPIL Controls BFM Cup! Сразитесь с лучшими пилотами-истребителями и, возможно, именно вы займете верхнюю ступеньку пьедестала!

    Format: 1v1

    The tournament consists of multiple stages:

    The chat closes when you open the "Select Role" menu from the game menu

    Issue: Chat closes when accessing the "Select Role" menu in multiplayer.

    Steps to Reproduce (STR):

    1. Enter or create a server.

    2. Close the initially open "select coalition" menu by joining spectators or pressing Esc

    3. Ensure that the chat is open pressing Tab button (by chat open I mean text in the chat is visible but input line not active)

    4. Press Esc to open the game menu

    5. Click on "Select Role."

    Result: The menu for coalition select appears and the chat closes.

    Expected Behavior: The menu for coalition select appears and the chat remains open

    Reproducibility: 100%

    Such behavior leads to a problem if you want to give importan information to players via chat on slot selection. For exmaple if the slot is locked or in some other cases too. A player should guess that he needs to reopen the chat to get the message and this may lead to confusion.

    The Su-27 pilot can take too much time to release from the seat after the eject

    The time it takes for su-27 pilot to release from the eject seat is very random compared to F18 and other jets.
    In F18 the pilot releases from the seat in about 2 seconds and this time is very stable (+- tenth of seconds depending on the initial seat orientation in space)
    On the other hand su-27 pilot can release from the seat in a couple of seconds, in about 10 seconds, or occasionally fly down in the seat for minutes and only then release.
    It created difficulties in proper handling of eject events in certain scenarios.
    Probably its fair for other red planes eject seats too. I hadn't the possiblity to test.
    Please check.
