what is a descent computer that should run this game with ease, and should it be a laptop or desktop or should i build one?

Hi im new and i see videos on this game and i want start playing and i see you guys use the Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog Joystick, and the Face Follow thing, but where do you get the panels and switches stuff like that, or that square box with the buttons around it, Thanks guys for the help
