Just a thought: As a web developer i don't know enough on desktop application but i think you could create some opposite service that will search for critical errors in the user's log files each time the user starts the game (or quits it) and will load it to your database - there you could question it. Or.. maybe you are currently doing the exact thing.. if so, forget it :) Anyway - good job on making me learn the A-10C instead of doing the dishes (It's my turn...). :)

  3. Hey, So I decided to try the campain of the F-15 in FC3. The first task is a trip to the area of operations and familiarity with the area. After a trip to the 9th way point i have returned to the base for landing but above the base area was heavy fog so it was all very bright with the sun light included (time of day was about noon). Moreover, near the base there are two other bases who's very confusing. I found myself lost in on a few points: 1. How do I know that the ILS directed me to the right base? Only by the evaluation of the distance to it or do i have other means of more accurately on the plane? (Without using F-10 - map). I mean how can i tell the current selected ILS navigation is taking me to X and not to Y? 2. When daylight fog all very bright and elements of the HUD are too very bright. i found you can change the color of the HUD by pressing the H + RCtrl but funny thing is that all other colors are bright too and there isn't any dark color like red or dark blue. Any solution for this one? 3. How do I know from which direction should i get to the track for landing? Are there any international markings I do not know about? The result was i were able to land after about five attempts so you all can relaxed. no harm done. yet.

  5. Hi, I have a question about steering to a waypoint in the FC3 F-15C. From what i recall in FC2 the F-15 had a cursor up in the HUD saying 'you should go that direction'. In FC3 i saw some vertical bar in the middle of the HUD, which is changing positions when i switch waypoints but it is very hard to put it in the middle of the HUD. So i have made a test. I have build a simple mission with the editor where i need to go to WP1. Just flying straight. Indeed when i started the mission the bar was right in the center of the HUD. BUT, when i steered the plain other direction and then tried to steer back to WP1 the vertial line just always was near the center like i need to do some fixes in the steering direction but when i did it, it again stood aside and not in the middle. Its like it didn't centralize again. Is it some mechanism logic i don't understand? Or is it a bug? Thanks
  6. I have played the FC2 and loved it very much. Lately i bought the A-10 and now the F-15 documentation came with FC2 looked VERY general and not specific and detailed like the flight manual of the A-10. So, is there a chance the FC3 will have a specific manual flight for the F-15? Thanks
  7. Hi, I have bought the A-10 and have previously owned the FC2 combat sim. 1. After i downloaded the DCS world and start the game i have notice that somtimes the screen loose focus and i have to press the 'windows' button on my keyboard and then press the game on the toolbar to do anything on the screen. It happens always on the brief screen, where when i press the 'FLY' button nothing happens and i have to lose focus and retain it again. (when i press the 'break' key - it actually starting the game so maybe it isn't a focus issue). Another thing is when moving the mouse on the start screen sometimes my desktop icons flash. (so again, it looks like some focus.. i don't really understand this). 2. Also, funny thing: I have downloaded the FC3 beta and wanted to give it a try, but when i try to fly one of the aircraft all i can see is part of the plain as like it doesn't rendered successfully. I have seen few posts over the web that people played the FC3. So why can't i? I should mention that every time i start some module (A-10 or FC3 or even DCS WORLD) i get a windows asking for the activation key of FC3 there i must press 'EXIT' in order to continue. I haven't bought the FC3 yet but i figured i can play the beta for free. isn't that so? I have a strong PC and i play the game with high details and it flows great. I have tried lower the details but it didn't fix problem #2 i would appreciate any help. Thanks :)
