I noticed that too. Happens usually at speeds around 600mph, but without a definite threshold. Also doesn't seem to be connected to acceleration. Happens also when autopilot on & level flight, flaps, gear and airbreak retracted. Notice it nearly every time when flying into the operation area during a campaign mission.
