Howdy all Dirk here...
I have been lurking quite a bit on the forums looking for answers/missions/servers for some time now, all the way back to (FC2 and BS1). I thought I would stop by to actually say hello and quit being so anti-social!
I recently lost my job and now have LOTS of time to dust off my old X52 and try and "Tame the Hog"! Have been doing lots of training missions and reading the blessed manual for information. Also have been messing around with CA. It is a fun distraction when I have had time in the past but me loves the Warthog so that is where I will stay.
I like the fact that DCS:World has combined all of the modules together into a cohesive "world" if you will allow the pun. I am really quite interested in the 1.2.3 update that hopefully will be out soon. Seems that some vast improvements should be on the horizon, and soon!
I am looking for like minded people in my area. I think it might be time to stop flying with the AI. I am located in the Seattle Washington. Stop by and say hi if you are so inclined.
