Same problem here, submited a ticket & forum post still no answer

When i go into mp i get the invalid serial message. So i went on the website and checked my keys and i saw that Black shark 2 is crossed out and the quantity count says -1 and there is no serial key for the game. Why is this? I don't like submitting tickets because it takes weeks and weeks to get an answer.

Hello fellow airmen! I bought DCS A10-C last sunday (10-02-2013) and I got an FC3 key instead, and i would like to get the game i bought since i already have FC3 so I dont want two keys for one game. I sent a ticket the same day and not an answer, i sent a PM to "EtherealN" on this forum for more attention but no answer. I feel it's a shame that not one answer has been sent to me because i really like ED and the DCS series. So PLEASE someone hint an employee that I need help with getting the game i bought. :cry: Ticket ID: 19302
