I have the same problem. Combined arms can be currently downloaded from DOWNLOAD/MODULES, it can be installed, but it can´t be purchased, that means an activation code can´t be received now. I downlaoded and installed this module today. Each of my purchased Modules (A10C, Ka-50...) doesn´t start now, because the activation code for Combined Arms is required. Please help
