Why not make the shop think you're in the US by using a proxy or openVPN to download the US version?

Hey guys,

 

after a very long time away from flight sims I have decided to get back into an old hobby.

 

I played Lock On back when it was new, but now with DCS and all the modules, I'm a bit overwhelmed.

 

I'm conscious of the high learning curve with A-10C and Black Shark, so I'm thinking of starting with a Lock On aircraft.

 

Since I've since lost my old Lock On copy, I bought Lock On platinum with FC2 and also A-10C and Black Shark. Is it worth upgrading to Flaming Cliffs 3 already, or is it not worth it since it's still in beta?

 

Where do I start? Any help or advice would be appreciated :)
