Phantom711 Thanks for the input. I was seeing the simapp pro green lights in the idle and off position but when I was in dcs and I clicked in the keybind section no buttons were showing up as I moved my throttle up and down. Only after you mention about the green lights in the simapp pro having buttons did I look to the left of side of the app and see which buttons were comming up. Then it was just a matter of getting them assigned. Thanks

I recently moved from a thrustmaster warthog throttle to an orion 2 throttle with fingerlifts. Everything works except for the the throttle movement during cold start. The only way I have found to get the throttle to unlock is to bind the Rshift+Home to a button on the throttle handles. But then this moves the throttle in the game to the idle position while my orion 2 throttle is still in the off position. And if I move the throttle to the idle position then the game throttle moves forward as well so that when I am in the idle position with the orion 2 I have already moved the throttle in the game to half way up. With the warthog it had a button assign to the throttle movement so this was not an issue. So does anyone know how to get the orion 2 throttle to align up the game throttle when doing a cold start? Is there a guide on maybe how to edit the lulu file or something. Or is their a way to get either the axis to act as a button or a button to act like an axis? Other wise I have to just keep the orion 2 in the idle position when doing a cold start and I just wasted money on a throttle with finger lifts that is useless when wanting to use the finger lifts to move from off to idle. Hopefully someone can help me out here I would really appreicate it.

I have tried going into the AXIS section and I have set the axis for the left and right throttle then went into each one and set it to slider. While I can see the throttle movement in the controls section move as I move the throttle up and down. In the game for the F-18 hornet, the throttles still do not move at all. So it their something else I need to try?

I just got the new Orion 2 throttle base 10th Anniversary edition and I can't seem to get the throttles to bind in dcs. I have calibrated the throttle in the simapp pro software and everything seems fine. I can see the blue line move up and down and I get the green light when its in idle and the second green light when it is in the off position. The values go to zero at full afterburner or all the way forward and then go to 66535 when all the way aft to the the off poition. When I go to DCS I can bind all the switchs and buttons to the Orion 2 with no problems. Yet when I go the the throttle section in dcs and try to bind my throttle movement nothing shows up as a buttion when I move either of the throttles. I have move the throttle from off to ident and from full after burner to ident and then to the off and nothing shows up as a button. I can click on any of the buttons on the throttle handle and they will show up as a button in the throttle section, just not the throttle movement itself. Am I missing something or is this a hardware issue.

Hey Trigati, Thanks for the reply. I am not sure I was able to get my request out clearly enough. Here is my stream deck. The bottom left button works with comm1 rotating the different comm channels. What I am looking for is for the button above the incremental input (rotary) button which is a Momentary Button/Display, to display the comm channels as I hit the bottom channel button. So the Momentary Button/Display will display M, C, S, 1, 2, .... This are the setting I have set up on each button. I am referencing this youtube video were at the end he talks about setting this up, but doing it this way did not work. As you can see I tried setting it like yours but it did not work either.

Hello, Does anyone now how to make the UFC comm channel window rotate through all the channels on your stream deck as you push a separate UFC comm channel button. I have a incremental input (rotary) button set up and it works fine. I push it and I can see the comm channels change on the UFC in the game but when I try to set up a Momentary Button/Display on my stream deck to see the channels change on the stream deck itself nothing happens. I have assigned it the same button id as my comm channel rotary button and disabled the send values while release yet it does not change channels like it does in the game. What am doing wrong.

Hello I am new to DCS and Stream Deck. I was wondering if anyone can point me to or explain how to get cover images for each aircraft profile. For example on my stream deck I would like to have an images of all the different Aircraft models I have and then when I click on an image of that aircraft say for example the A-10 aircraft it then goes into that profile with all the buttons for different actions. Also I see that some people have already took the time to create aircraft profiles but I am a little confused on how to transfer those into my own stream deck any pointers would be helpful Thanks.

Hello, I seem to have a problem when starting DCS 2.5. When I click on the desktop icon DCS starts up, I see the DCS world page and the music plays but I am unable to click on anything. Everything is grayed out. If I hit Ctrl, Alt, Del, to pull up the menu for task manager and then just hit cancel with out starting task manager or anything. I am brought back to DCS world page but there is no sound but I can click on the screen with my mouse. As soon as I click on the screen the screen goes black and then refreshes, then I have sound and I am able to click on everything. Is there a fix for this or is this a know bug or is something broken with my file? I have windows 10 pro-64bit with a i7-4790K CPU @ 4GHz, 32GB of ram with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 Its not a big deal to get DCS to work I just would like to be able to get rid of this extra step I have to take to get into the game. So any advice would be helpful. Thanks.:)

@PiedDroit Thanks for all the help. It appears that I was running the calibration software the wrong way. Once I created a new folder and put both files in there. I was able to run the calibration software correctly which did fix my problem. Now my air-craft all fly straight and level without rolling. Once again thanks for all your help. I was begging to give up on the game and my joysticks but now I am in heaven.

Calibration software question Hello, I have a question about the calibration software. I run windows 7 64-bit. I have downloaded the calibration software version v1.13 and used 7-zip to open the rar file. in the TM Joystick Calibration tool folder I can see the a10JoystickCalibration.txt file and the HW_Stick Calibration_V1.13.exe file. yet when I click on the .exe loads but says that there was an Error loading a10JoystcikCalibration.txtfile. I click ok and the program runs but then afterwards when I am in DCS game I check my AXIS under the tune option and my joystick is centered but with just a light movement it is all over the place and when flying in game my joystick just cause the AC to roll all over the place. So I believe it has something to do with the error on loading the .txt file. I am not sure if this is required but I do not have the TARGET software loaded on my computer. Is TARGET required to run this calibration software or not? If not than does any one have an ideal how to fix the error with loading the a10JoystickCalibration.txtfile?

So I did the calibration again and made sure to held the stick in the requested position when pressing the space bar. Then I checked the joystick axis after calibration in the axis tune applet. It starts out in the the center but with just slight push to the right the red dots swing all the way to the right. and if I push the stick all the way to the right then the red dots flicker back and forth from the side to the center. and I used RCtrl+Enter when in game. just like in my other track the joystick starts out in center but as soon as I touch the joystick it starts to rolling to the right and the indicators shows that my joystick is way off for the amount of input.

A/C Rolling to the right So I cleared all the assignments to the axis control and re assign them to the joystick then I used the calibration software v1.13 to re-calibrate my joystick but now it is worse. When I touch the joystick the A/C rolls all over the place. I have attached a track of it. Any one have any suggestions on how to fix this. I have tried to re-calibrate twice once with just moving the stick from the up position than directly to the right position and then to the back position and than to the left position. The second time I would recenter the joystick in the center before moving to the right or down or left. joystick problem.trk

I have a question about TM Warthog drivers. I noticed that there is a driver for the HOTAS Warthog and a driver for the HOTAS Warthog Flight Stick. I take it that we just need the HOTAS Warthog driver if we have both the throttle and joystick or am I wrong and we need both? Thanks
