Hello A question of newbie! I Ve seen many vidéos of normandy and Dcs. In Harbors or on the sea they are many boats.. warships.. I do not see when i fly the map.. I m not flying any solo and multiplayer missions. Just flying on the map. And its empty Any help,explanations Will be appreciate Thanks in advance Pierre

Hi Thanks'so much Panzertard for the help. I Ve tried all the manipulations, no success Dxwebsetup,i,download but when i install'its says that i have a more récent version installed. I use win10 and don t find How to download and install only directx again . SFC/scann now does not find any anomalies ... And i Ve install c++ librairies..2005/7/12 Dcs always crash. Good evening, some news ! I still can not fly dcs. always the ctd. I cleaned my pc and performed several manipulations, without succeses. here is the new log and dxdiag. d3d11.dll seems no longer appears. is there another problem? Can someone analyze the dxdiag and log for me ? I am not pro in this area. i ve read hundred of pages on differents forums ... no solution... thanks a lot for the help. will appreciate a lot and hope i can fly again one day the best sim :dcs ! dcs.log-20181215-130607.zip

Here I am again! I still have my random crash problems after 5 or 10 minutes of flight. some times on the ground. I do not know what to do. always the error d3d11. dll in the dxdiag.txt I searched on the forums. I made the updates win10, without results. I un install all Mods, combatflight, tacview,use Dcs updater cleaner and repair, clenaup my computer, make goldens exemption with avast antivirus.... etc..n vidia driver update I continue to search but since 1 month I do not fly anymore ... it's sad! i love so much as said before, I have this problem only with Dcs, my other simu p3d il2 and simu cars work very well. if you have an idea thank you in advance, I continue my search and hope this, can help others if I find the solution while waiting for with good flights to you !

hello here I am again to give news. after hours of different tests my problem persite.always ctd after a few tens of minutes. I havé tested on my computer anothers simulators :il2 and prépared 3D in the same conditions and the réal Nice surprise no ctd So i think it a réal problem between my computer and Dcs. hi again, ive done what you said ( clean driver with ddu (mode sans echec) , new install 416.81 , delete folders ) and test . exactly the same . Still crash after 5-10 min... i continue searching , i want to fly dcs again :):) i love flying dcs :) keep on touch ! Pierre

MSI afterburner , ram ... you right i think my 1080 ti is 8 gig.. so .. i have to check. dont know how. i donwgrade now the settings and have a look whats going on.. let you know soon. what ssaa msaa do you recommand? thanks again

No way ... i Ve change planes, Maps and try all the things i Ve found on the forum.,follow the advice .. no way... not i cannot fly for more 10 minutes. Then ctd. Any more idéal? Dear Ian, Thanks so much.Whaouu for the newbie that i am , seems complicated !! but ive done 1 till number 6 points. and thats going worst. now it ctd on the ground or just after five minutes. i ve tried another planes … same ctd. what to do ?repair again? i ve change my antivirus in case Windows defender was on cause. i use avast now.. but same problems.. i havent that troubles two month ago. i dont know what had changed.. here is the news log if you can have a look, thanks nice Week end. i stay on the ground :( dcs.log-20181116-173943.zip

Hello since the update of dcs i have ctd. I do not know why. after looking on the forum I followed the different tips: rename my directory in part saved. so this has created a new dcs . and then I performed the repair function. but it does not work. after a while in flight stopped and ctd. here is the error log thanks so much for help, i will appreciate . i love flying dcs. have nice flights! hello; sorry for the newbie question . i ve bought the fa18 module yesterday but i cannot find the installation process. i ve watched all the threads about that on the forum but my fa18 does not appear in the module manager. i was logging internet of course... i ve received a mail with my order number but not the serial number.. what i do wrong? thanks in advance for help i would love to try to fly this beautiful bird regards, Pierre

Hello again, Just to thanks you for the good explanations you give. Very pro and the newbie that i am had difficulties at the end to follow. But very interesting to learn. Thanks to Cichlidfan for the pulldown menu picture. Help a lot. I Ve tried it and it works good on my saitek wheel trim. Pitch trim is ok now. I Ve put less (70%) petrol in the spit's tanks and he fly better now. Thanks again. Have nice flights and see you in the sky Pierre
