hi followed your instructions to the letter and it tells me I cant access the boot config file access denied? win 7 32 bit any ideas

hello all I am new at this have tried on 1.2.4 and have now updated to 1.2.5 thegame loads but when you start amission whether it be quick start or campaign it goes to the loading screen and and stops I am running the radeon xt1900 win 7 32 bit with amd 64 dual core processor I thought it was my system but i knowsomeone whoruns it on win 32 any suggestions
