  1. Ok Stepping through each item: Ports are open and point to the target server: 10308 UDP & TCP are open: I know this works as people can connect to my Dedicated Server and Play. 8088 TCP: I know this is open as I can connect to this port from an external system via telnet, and the target server responds: I'm not at the point for SRS yet. When I try to view the webgui locally on the server running the dedicated server I get just a blank page, with or without a client connected. I have a serverSettings.lua file that I am using that points to the mission I am hosting. This works and autostarts and autounpauses. I know this works because I can connect and play with others that join the server. I start my DCS Dedicated Server with: "E:\DCS World OpenBeta\bin\DCS.exe" --server --norender --webgui When I log into https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/server/, with a client connected to the dedicated server or not, and access the GUI through the My Servers pages, I get: I feel like I've covered all the bases... am I missing anything? Are there any logs I can check? DCS.log only shows what's happening with the server and the mission.... don't see anything WEBGUI related. Thanks.
  2. Yes, both port are pointing at the active server. I can connect to them externally via telnet and they respond, so I know they are forwarded properly. Any other ideas?
  3. Anyone had any luck using the WebGUI from the digitialcombatsimulator.com website? I have both ports open, one for the Dedicated Server ( 10308 ) and one for the WebGUI ( 8088 ). I have validated the server is listening on both those ports and have validated I can connect via those ports externally. On Digitalcombatsimulator.com - Profle - My Servers: I can see my server listed in the server list, people can connect to the server and play. If I click on the server it takes me to the WebGUI management page, but it can never connect, I only get "Server is not responding." If I try to connect directly to the WebGUI port locally 8088, it responds with 405 Method Not Allowed, so I know it's listening. Any thoughts or ideas on how to make this work properly? Am I missing something?
  4. I don't understand why they wouldn't integrate DX9 for dedicated server mode, since it's supposed to be --norender anyway. I run servers for other games within VMs with no issues (example IL2: they don't require any graphics at all, just a window interface to control the basics). DCS is the only game I have that has this issue--- which is why I was so pumped about the dedicated server. At the end of the day, the multiplayer servers I play on use it and performance has increased considerably, so I dig it---- was just hoping what seems to be an insignificant smaller issue would have also been addressed, and maybe it will sometime soon. Cheers!
  5. Anyone know how to get around this DX11 limitation? My entire hope for the dedicated server is that it wouldn't require graphics.
  6. I keep getting: 2019-03-02 02:46:47.330 ALERT DX11BACKEND: Your graphics card does not support DirectX11 features 2019-03-02 02:46:47.330 INFO DX11BACKEND: DX11Renderer::shutdown() 2019-03-02 02:46:47.330 ERROR GRAPHICSVISTA: DirectX backend initialization error 2019-03-02 02:46:47.330 ERROR VISUALIZER: SceneManager initialization failed 2019-03-02 02:46:47.330 INFO DCS: application shutdown When trying to start DCS --server --norender Trying to run on a Windows Server in a vmware environment. Tried some autoexec.cfg stuff I saw earlier in this thread but didn't seem to make a difference.
  7. Email sent! Thanks!
  8. Hempstead, I am so happy to have found you after considerable searching from forum to forum. I finally made the decision to purchase a couple O-rings for the Warthog from you, but when I went to Warthogworld.com to get your info, it has been down for quite some time. Can you please PM me with the information on the address I can paypal you or another way to provide payment for a couple PTFE O-rings? Thank you so much for providing this service. Regards, Pand
  9. I'm on my second one from Thrustmaster ---- the key seems to be to grease it up every month or two depending on use and you won't wear it out as quickly.
