On my Quest 3, I run it with VD at 72Hz, then I limit frames in nvidia control panel to 72, and also create the autoexec.cfg file in the config folder with frames max 72. If I do ALL 3, it’s magical. No other 1000 things I’ve done helped at all, but the combination of those 3 made my fps counter in game to GPU bound and buttery smooth performance. In 2d it smoothed it out as well. Give it a try! I’ve spent 3 years chasing the performance I have now. I have to stress this, you have to limit frames in the nvidia control panel AND create the autoexec.cfg file limiting the fps. Obviously use your limit to whatever you want, I I just run 72 because it’s the easiest to run in VR.

Windows 11 Pro, 13900KS, RTX 4090. Max settings. I had awful stuttering/hitching in menus and in game on 2.9. Saw someone else posted about core parking and I tried it. My game has NEVER been so smooth. Here is the 2 minute video about it. Try it and see if it helps you out like it did me. I never post on here but this helped me out so much I had to.

Same for me. Unable to run with Motion Reprojection "Always On" in OpenXR Tools. Works with disabled, but obviously then without MR. I can run MR with steamvr though, but I hate having extra applications open, hopefully ED or WMR fixes this soon, whoever is responsible for the crashing.

I've looked everywhere for how to do this. The default mouse wheel action is to zoom, but the zoom is backwards for me. Scroll forward it zooms out, I would like the opposite. Anyone know how to reverse this?

eh, it was only 99 cents on Ebay. I'll play it for now. DCS world is taking FOREVER to move the planes over. SO far they've been releasing helo's, and I like jets.

Just bought it off Ebay. Thanks for the link. One more noob question if you do not mind. I only have to have LockOn installed and activated to download/activate and use FC3 correct? I don't have to buy FC1 or FC2 before I buy FC3?

Well either way I have to wait a couple weeks to get a DVD in the mail, I live on Okinawa Japan. Oh well, thanks for the reply.

So just to make sure I am correct. I have DCS World and I also want FC3, mostly for the other planes. I have to find a DVD copy of the original LockOn for around $20, then I have to pay another $50 for FC3? This can't be true, please tell me I am missing something? Also, hello everyone. Newbie DCS guy here, don't worry, I will stay off MP until I get everything figured out and I am up to speed.
