  1. Doesn't work for me. Don't worry, I'm busy right now with other projects but I'm sure I will find a way to make it work once I get the time.
  2. I'm trying to go back to 6.2.2.4 drivers. I've even delted the registry entries indicated in this same thread. Drivers seem to work fine but DirectOutput devices aren't detected when running the test programs. If you know of a proper uninstall-install guide I could address to it would make my life much easier.
  3. Following your instructions I understand you end up with DirectOutput 7.0.27.13 for the x52 Pro plus the version 7.0.11.1 for the FIP. In such a case the x52 part would still be broken regarding page changes and button presses, right? I would like to know which one was the previous version to 7.0.27.13 for the x52, maybe 6.2.2.4?
  4. damn, that escalated quickly. The next catastrophe you run into due to the new drivers will make me lose sleep over. Thank you again for all your efforts.
  5. ugh, I'm sorry I drag you into that. I guess I'll also have to install the previous drivers, which I'm not sure where to download from...
  6. I have not instrument panels to test your script, neither I play DCS simulators, but I'm sure it's an amazing job and the community will appreciate it. Regarding the new drivers you will find some bugs in the test program before you can compile it (I remember disabling some of the GUI functionalities such as the centering window method in order to achieve it). If you are a bit confused I will gladly offer a helping hand, but take into account I'm not an advanced programmer (don't have an IT degree, I'm an engineer of a different kind so I know the basics).
  7. Thanks for your willingness
  8. Hi there, I've just registered to this forum in order to get some help with the x52Pro MFD. The thing is you guys seem to have been using some kind of scripting language instead of the pure DirectOutput SDK so I'm not sure if you can help me with this. Anyway, it seems you have already dealt with the last DirectOutput update (7.0.27.13) and you got the MFD and FIP working fine. In my case (programming in C++) I've found that softbutton and pagechange methods are never called when using the MFD controls so I can't get any feedback from the device. The sample "Test.exe" program also shows the same behaviour (there is a line in the GUI that should display the value of this controls, but it never changes). I didn't have this issue with the previous version of DirecOutput and I'm surprised it's not discussed in the forums at all. Any idea of what I am talking about?
