I was on this server yesterday, got to fight the 109 in my mustang for the first time lol, thanks gavagai!

Spotting in DCS is horrible, perhaps the worst of any flight sim, has nothing to do with "skill".

I use trackIR so that might be it,what do I need to change exactly?

Doesn't work, works for the other modules, but not FC3, and I dont think I changed any assignments.

Is there a different way to zoom in and out from the cockpit view than the other DCS modules? For the mustang and blackshark the default zoom keys work fine, but I cant seem to do any type of zooming in FC3. I am probably doing something stupid but I have no idea. Thanks.

I really hope multiplayer gets fixed and takes off from here, the devs said they have big plans regarding this.:thumbup:

I know a lot of people are having similar problems but when I go to bin and run the auto updater manually all it does is simply start the game. I had started DCS up before and it offered to update to 1.2.6666....( and on into infinity ) but I can't get it to bring it up again.

The fw 190 ai is hard, probably the hardest ai i've fought against, however it is obviously running on a simplified( and sometimes crazy) fm. That being said if that is the best way to get tough ai then I guess I'm for it. Of course the ideal set up is true fm ( like BOS ) that is hard to beat, though with BOS I've noticed when you get in the saddle so to speak behind a plane they tend to give up(although it is still very good ai). But just watch the outside view of the 190 when it's going up and down,up and down,and up and down, and you can see how railed the flight is.

I really wish I had backed this project, I guess if they do other kickstarter stuff I will back then!

When i bought fc3 it said it required an original lock on install, i have lock on gold with 2 cds included but the 2nd one doesn't work on my window 7 because it has starforce. i installed the first cd and then fc3 and it seems to work fine, is that how you do it? am i missing anything? the website directions aren't really clear. Thanks.
