I would be approaching Kickstater with what you have said above. This is what kickstarter have to say "Kickstarter’s Terms of Use require creators to fulfill all rewards of their project or refund any backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill. (This is what creators see before they launch.) This information can serve as a basis for legal recourse if a creator doesn’t fulfill their promises. We hope that backers will consider using this provision only in cases where they feel that a creator has not made a good faith effort to complete the project and fulfill."

So are you telling us that you have not recieved your code or key for the DCS P-51D and yet it has been out long before the kickstarter campaign started.

The whole kick-starter module is the one that really dips out here though. I and a few others that I have spoken to will never pledge anything via kick-starter anymore even though it is not really their problem.

They certainly have ruined any further contributions to any kickstarter project for me. I thought the kickstarter module was a good idea in therory. Now hypothetically here IF and I do say if they have shot through with the money I would imagine it would be neer on imposible to get it back. What options would one have???
