Nobody never said the community or developers couldn't make a "mod" to include Jericho trumpets... :music_whistling: Might there be a possibility for multi-crew in this aircraft? Are there any current plans on this?

I would like to point out something... Many L-39s at Oshkosh and other airshows tend to leave their flaps down when locked up. Whether this should or should not be done I see it in at least 3/5 L-39s that are parked. I would mention something about the position of the gear doors but cannot recall if they were open or closed.

Something like a misc option in the settings? (Server Controlled) but like the Mig-21 where there is a slider to choose cockpit shake. What if we had one for engine reliability. Where a 100% is normal and 0% the slightest overheat, over-rpm, etc. (as picky as the DCS engine can go) will upset the jumo and cause problems. I guess there could also be a 200% option where the engine ignores minimal overheats and over-rpms but all of this would be controlled by the select server.

I noticed today after doing some combat flying in the 109 in multiplayer that I had over ran/heated the engine. In doing so i noticed this a bit to late for any attempt to try and save the engine. I would assume that the radiator fluid had leaked out (but am not completely sure of how well that may be modeled). While turning final for an emergency landing I noticed white smoke coming out of both radiators. I landed and repaired but it did not fix this problem and the engine remained over heated along with the white smoke coming out of the radiators. (Latest Variant Of 1.5)

Could we carry six gbu-12s? Using the centerline fuel rack for two more plus either 2 A2A or 4 dumb bombs? Along with two short range defensive A2A?

Could there also be a possibility that the p-51 or Dora is at an advantage or disadvantage in weight (fuel wise)? Even if not that, depending on which tank the Dora is drawing from the COG can change giving it a disadvantage or advantage overtime. There seems to be a lot of factors that we are currently leaving out of this discussion. Something I might suggest as well is to (I would) have both aircraft recording at the same time and do a side by side view so we can see and compare each aircraft's performance towards the other's at the same time. (Would help ensure a few variables are being met)

Understanding what Yo-yo's chart shows it would be better for you to test at both higher and slower speeds to see if it matches equally throughout the ranges of speed? I am unable to watch the video at the current moment but I would think it could also depend on how hard your running the engines and their ability to sustain their energy. I think the two of you should trade places to see if it is not because of one pilot being generally better at flying a certain aircraft.

Yes, I've seen several and I also understand they do need work. I would like before he (or anyone) posts about how or why ED should change performance data to provide more critical information instead of "my missiles miss at 6-8nm". ED has mentioned that they are working on it and these things will take time. Also as i mentioned earlier there are ways to dodge missiles at 6-8nm. Track files and etc. Reasons as to why they shouldn't be doing what they are doing etc.

Ark, could you please explain where you got your performance data for these missiles (or more likely didn't). I would like to know how you can say that the missiles (and not to name one or any in particular) have double the drag of what they do in real life. I must assume you are not an engineer that has worked on these weapons nor have you fired them in RL. When you say they miss at 8-6nm I would assume they may be running at high speeds or using terrain to their advantage. You must clarify or show how they are missing at 6-8nm because there are effect tactics to dodge missiles. When posting about how something is wrong with DCS (and I understand there are many faults) please provide data to make a claim with or I will continue to assume you are "thinking/guessing" instead of utilizing information from real life facts and data.
