Any luck on getting a copy?

Hi, I've just went to open Flaming Cliffs 2 for the first time in a while, and I'm receiving an activation error I wanted to log into my account where I bought FC (lockon.co.uk) to get a copy of the serial, but I have no idea what my password is, and I can't use the Forgot Password tool because my email is on a domain name which is no longer registered! Is there any way to answer some security questions to gain access to my account and then get my serial Thanks Chris
