  1. I noticed that too and I'm not using HDR. It seems to me that it's the same haze/air scattering effect that turns all distant scenery bluish and indistinct. To me it looks as this effect isn't limited to horizontal view directions and possibly isn't taking the air thinning with height in account. So when you get 10+ km above the terrain, it gets noticeable, especially as a lot of scenery will then be at 25+ km slant distance looking over canopy rails. I haven't noticed darkening in the cockpit, so maybe that part is a HDR issue indeed.
  2. Yeah, the horizon is better defined now. I didn't notice as I was staring into down into the water trying to see what has changed, ha. But now that I see it, I like it. I think you nailed it, there was too much of that haze before. Going to play around to see how it looks at different conditions and times of day.
  3. I haven't been flying over water that much recently so I might be completely off, but have you changed it's reflectivity in some way?
  4. Great! Thanks. I'll play with the value a bit and see how it works out, so far about 0.8 seems the best for me.
  5. Hi Mustang, excellent mod. Thank you for your work, man! I've got a question, I've noticed there was a version of your mod with simplified clouds for better fps, but it was for v5.16. I like how it looks on the screenshots, but improved fps are my main interest. Is there any way to incorporate the simplified clouds into last version? Or if it's inconvenient for you - I see you decided to host just one version of the mod - can you tell me where and what do I need to modify in the files to get it? thanks in advance
