Example about my problem.
I've find that if I want to make active the "hidden" commands i 've need to click on th Big button (up right) CLEAR CATEGORY
If I do this all the commands are active, but also clears the entire list.
boh... very very confusional

I've try also load the DEAFULT.LUA in notepad++ and i look for the Rearming word... but notepad say that theres not present any word with that name or rearm or rear ecc ecc ecc
i dont understand very very confusional this situation

Did you try a copy of the lines out of the Default and into the user?
Yes Paganus i've try to copy and rename the entire file in the USER SAVE GAME ecc ecc but i cant change many command, i've check also if the file
have the option "ONLY READ" activ... but not.
My win7 dont have the UAC mode (administrator mode) i've stop this UAC a long time ago.
Teh problem it's that i've an handmade MFD console (i've use the Xkey programming board) and i've program there the button about keyboard (that i use also in Falcon4) and i've need to change the commands about the MFD (left and rigth) in A10, because in the DEFAULT.LUA are empty but i cant do this :( with this ****ing file.
So i thought maybe i can use my old files (. lua) with all my personal commands, and in fact there is also the command to the rearming (in GENERAL list) but that is not active and I canot change it, if I click two times the window does not appear to change the keys and the ADD button is turned off.

The 1.1.2.1 (and also 1.2.3, i've this now) world update also changed the way of supply/rearming the A10 C in non friendly base, adding a command that is ALT + à (italian layout). This command calls the menu Ground Criew, but this command is present only in DEFAULT.LUA file that is contained in the World directory ( C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config\Input\Aircrafts\Default\keyboard ), while in the USER directory (SAVE GAME) we have a file keyboard.lua , but in this file there'snt command ALT + à, in this file i can change all the commands that i wnat, but i cant use this file because there's not present the command about the rearming (ALT + à)

I need to customize some commands and i've need to do this in the DEFAULT.LUA because the new rearming command it's present only in this file... but many commands in this file is not allowed to change them ... I do not understand!!
I honestly do not understand these "ideas genius" of ED to increase the confusion

Thank you Tietze... but the step that you're show me in the link...we've done all step.
We're not newbie in TARS we 've flight in A10 with TARS many many many time and work perfectly...
but... we try to reinstall and follow again the entire setup again... i hope that this time work.

I've need help.... we've install (my squadron 69Squadrone) the DCS 123 and the latest TARS (102b3) whit TS 3.0.0.9.
But the TARS dont work... maybe we've miss any step... i dont understand.
This new TARS point the string into this folders:
C:\Users\pincopallino\Saved Games\DCS
the old TARS (for A10 only) point the string in the game folders.
If i try to point the game folders (with this new TARS) say me that dont have the config.lua valid.
I can make new one (maybe i think work) but i dont understand why i've need to do this step manually if thenew TARS it's programmed for work in DCS WORLD ?????
any help?

mmhhhh I dont think that the problem it's the patch version...
but... obviously the best thing (whatever) is that you install the latest version 1.1.1.1
It is recommended the Full install and not only the patching.
But before try to unistall and reinstal, you've try to run DCS in default mode without load the profile in the HW via TARGET?

Confermo pure io, faccio sempre installazioni FULL a prescindere, vai a capire cosa cacchio è successo!! boh... sono i misteri di window... sono sempre più convinto che per Billi Cancello sia un alchemista e che 1+0 per lui dia risultato 0.
Queste cose devono restare un mistero altrimenti se non ci fosse windows con chi ci sfoghiamo tirando delle imprecazioni.... tanto è sempre colpa di windows eheheheh
reinstalla vedrai che rifunzionerà tutto!!

Sono operazioni che ho sempre fatto.
Per il datalink ho sempre visto cosi dal 1. Giorno che ho utilizzato il sim.
Ma nn volando veramente su un A-10 non mi ero mai posto il problema fino a qualche giorno fa.
Nel armament pannel il JTRS e' attivo.
Per quanto riguarda i Mav l' EO da off lo porto in on.
A sto punto cosa puo' essere? Il sim da reinstallarte?
è successo pure a me, io ho reinstallato (ho tagliato la testa al toro)
ho cercato in giro ma ma non c'è traccia di una soluzione tranne il reinstall
avevo i tuoi stessi sintomi compreso il TAD è andato in crisi qualcosa nella dir di DCS se ritrovo il mio post te lo linko

Non nascondo niente e non so piu' di quello che gia' si sa , diciamo che sono delle congetture derivanti dal fatto che avevano dichiarato a suo tempo che il prossimo modulo sarebbe stato un Jet Usaf ad ala fissa , mancando la componente AA e' facile ipotizzare che sicuramente daranno priorita' a questo ruolo che appunto ancora manca , per il discorso multiruolo personalmente avrei qualche dubbio anche perche' andrebbe , montando gli stessi sistemi , a " cannibalizzare " l' A-10 che , siamo onesti , non ha sicuramente quell' appeal e quella visibilita' che puo' avere un F-18 , F-16 , ecc.... .
Poi chiaramente tutto puo' essere , vediamo cosa tirano fuori dal cilindro .

Anche io avevo iniziato a pensarla come te ma poi... poi girellando per il forum mi sono imbattuto in diversi post circa un potenziale multiruolo e qualcuno anche molto quotato poi ho visto questo:

ovviamente questo grafico vuol dire e non vuol dire niente, dipende dalla politica di casa DCS, ma se la matematica non è un opinione!!!
Gli unici due AA sono l'eagle ed il raptor, ora.. non credo proprio che si trovino in giro documentazioni valide ed atte a poter poter ricreare un F22 , come la DCS ha in serbo di fare (come ha fatto con il KA50 e con il A10C) con tutti i crismi possibili eccetto qualche OFF LIMIT a noi comuni mortali... ovviamente.
Per quanto riguarda il 15 (che ha 9 voti) questo è già presente (bene o male) nel FC e probabilmente sarà presente anche nel FC3, è vero anche l'a10 è presente nel FC ma in versione A (tutta n'altra roba rispetto al C).
Come avrai visto in firma, io sono uno di quelli che l'F18... magari!!
ma questo non vuol dire che non comprerò l'F15 se questo sarà il prox modulo e sarò comuqnue felice di comprarlo, in quanto comprerò anche il p51 (che per me ha interesse pari a zero) con il p51 ci volerò 3 volte e poi lo metterò in bacheca assieme ad FC, BS1 e BS2, prenderò anche FC3 e lo metterò in bacheca, giusto per dare il mio contributo alla DCS che per come la vedo io "grazie di esistere" altrimenti la nostra estinzione era garantita, l'unico sim che ci teneva in vita era falcon 4 (con tutte le sue molteplici patch, OF prima e BMS adesso, e che ringrazio infinitamente tutti quei ragazzi che ci lavorano sopra, ma questa è un'altra storia).
A prescindere da tutto, le nostre sono solo congetture e/o chiacchiere da bar, resto in holding per l'evento, la roadmap stilata è buona cosa, ma in particolare m'interessa il prossimo modulo... ovviamente non mi strappo i vestiti e non mi butto dal 4 piano se l'annuncio verrò tardi nel tempo, mi limiterò ad usare i SIM presenti, non piangerò ed aspetterò, qualsiasi esso sia... meglio se multiruolo... ovvio!!

Perchè vorrei aggiungere dei controlli secondari (giuto per comodità di attivazione) come ho nel cougar, i primari ovviamente restano quelli di default e nella manetta vanno un tantino adattati ai pulsanti del HW, ma si può fare, se a tutto questo ci aggiungi l'uso della console di una console MFD non avrai più bisogno della tastiera (che per come la vedo io è un grosso gap... CTRL ALT SHIFT et company)
Per quanto riguarda l'uso dell'ANT ELEV sullo slider (frizione) in effetti è la scelta più ovvia, ma volevo dedicare lo slider a carrello e portello carb, qundi volevo usare il Mic switch, il problema dell'autorepeat è risolto (grazie a RightStuff adesso funge) ma devo provare quanto possa essere agevole usare il MIc, altrimenti ripiegherò come fan tutti e metterò l'ant su slider analogico.
Il Gain radar AG ovviamente non ha la stessa rilevanza del ANT ELEV, ma a parer mio, in modalità AT, è sempre bene averlo in quanto l'hanno implementato benissimo e funge veramente bene.
Volendo usare lo slider per entrambi (ant e gain) si può programmare tale slider in modo che senza S3 premuto resti un'asse analogico (assegnato all'ant da pannello config di falcon) mentre con S3 premuto si può commutare in asse digitale ed inserire i controlli per il gain (come ho nel cougar).

Grazie Heater, si può dedurre perlomeno una tempistica (anche se a grandi linee) di questa roadmap?
A quanto si evince, potrebbero cambiare radicalmente il prox modulo (e questo lo sapevamo già) e sceglierne un'altro, mah... dubito, e che farebbero in caso?! dovrebbero ricominciare punto e capo con la progettazione di un'altro aereo quando magari erano a meta strada con l'altro... mah... a prescindere dal tipo di aereo che sarà, mi suona male sta cosa... o hanno un sacco di soldi da buttar via (dubito)... oppure sono dei maghi... boh secondo me sanno già cosa stanno facendo e ci tengono nelle spine per un fattore commerciale ed anche un pò per sboronaggine!!
che ne pensate?

Sei sicuro di aver fatto tutta la procedura (del PDF) correttamente... si lo so ti girano di brutto (girerebbero molto anche a me) e probabilmente l'avrai fatta correttamente... ma mi sembra strano che non riparta!!!

As said in the title my CBU 87's never hit the targets, I use CCIP mode and dive in on the target releasing a CBU on the target at ~4000-3000(whatever unit altitude is calculated in) I see the little explosions but none of them ever hit any of the targets
What type of target??

Guarda... non ci far caso perchè può accadere senza una spiegabile ragione... (o se perlomeno c'è, io non la conosco)
Speravo avessero risolto con il Warthog ma a quanto pare succede di nuovo.
Comunque non è nulla di grave si tratta solo di riflashare il firmware.
Con il warthog a me ancora non è successo.... ma sono in trepida attesa ehehhehe
Anche con il Cougar in 10 anni di vita, sono più le volte che ho dovuto resettare e rifleshare il suo firmware che non si contano...

Nei dettagli delle periferiche stessa cosa!
Le manette appaiono come "Controllo gioco compatibile HID".
La cloche appare come "Thrustmaster HOTAS WARTHOG Joystick Bulk".
Cosa molto strana seondo me!
Infatti è molto strano questo... io li ho entrambi come gioco compatibile HID
e devono essere così.
Leggiti sta pagina qua (pdf) e vedrai che risolvi i tuoi problemi... perchè il problema è proprio questo che lo stick resta in BULK mode (praticamente non viene letto il firmware... l'avrai aggiornaro male o è successo un qualche evento nel tuo pC che te lo hamandato in crisi)
NB: segui ATTENTAMENTE le istruzioni:
