The manual refers to a gun camera, specifically the http://camera-wiki.org/wiki/KOMZ_S-13. I am not an expert but I believe it is mounted on the right hardpoint rack: (Would love to see this implemented since Belsimtek already created a very cool gun cam for the Mig-15, didn't they?)

I'm pretty sure I had the same problem, I think it's related to a changed line in the graphics.lua file in DCS World/config/graphics. Apparently the stick and pitot tube animations are precompiled effects? If you're running the NVG Mod try changing back the "USE_PRECOMPILED_EFFECTS_FOR_UNCHANGED_FILES" line.
