  1. This photo looks really promising and on track of what I am hoping. I wanted to ask somebody who knows about the technology X-plane uses for night lighting and is something like that possible in DCS today and in future?
  2. I am also looking for some info on the update on this.
  3. yeah Yeah exactly, with it I get ok FPS but bit of stutter also. But the difference in using targeting pod is huge, gameplaywise, not performance unfortunately.
  4. Are you using deferred shading and MSAA or nothing of those, I can get those frames without both of those but image quality sucks, and I get a ton of flickering on textures and jaggines that hurt my eyes. Tried this but too big of a hit in fps, I drop below 30 and stutters like hell, and gets a lot worse in action. Nvidia inspector forcing FXAA gets something done, but just on my plane and object in focus, rest of the surroundings doesn't get any AA . Rest of the settings didn't much either if I Turn off MSAA ingame Would like to turn off deferred shading, but then WHOT/BHOT on my A10C doesn't work so good, so much easier to spot targets with deferred shading on and trees look so much better and much more. But I have a feeling that GTX970 handles that technology poorly, can someone confirm or explain if that is true and why? Wish I could get AA with it and acceptable FPS, but I guess I will have to wait for GTX20.. Or whatever comes out this year.

    Pay To Fly

Greetings to all, I know this is not a military aviation topic, but it concerns everybody that ever traveled or plans to travel with an airliner (especially if you are or are trying to become an airline pilot), and as aviation enthusiasts, and real life pilots and alike, I think you can all help by signing and sharing this petition wherever you can. :pilotfly: Thank you https://secure.avaaz.org/en/petition/p2f_must_stop/ More Info https://www.eurocockpit.be/stories/20150511/pay-to-fly-pay-to-work I would also kindly ask moderators to pin this so as many people can see this, tnx :) Share and help ban this disgrace for pilot profession!
  6. Thank you for the key, I cant believe I've been so lucky, haven't won anything in my life so far, thanks so much, will try it more when I'm back from work :D
  7. Hi, I'd like to try my luck to :), will try to draw Hawk later if I have some time :D
  8. Thanks for the info, glad its not a bug than :D, question is it possible to enter this final heading in SU-25T so that you could use both runways for instrument approaches?
  9. Found out interesting thing today. It is kinda weird and could be the reason for our problems. Apparently all the airports that I managed to to make Su-25T-s "ILS" to work correctly don't even have an ILS as you can see on the pictures: and are using some other system which I am not familiar with and have assigned numbers next to runway heading which seams to be the same on both ends of the runway:helpsmilie:and you cant tune anything on A-10C Other airports where I tried SU-25Ts approach had normal ILS with respected frequency and you could fly an normal ILS approach with A-10C, but not wit SU-25. Which brings me to conclusion that SU-25T can't fly an normal ILS approach or I don't know how to tune it or set it up. Instead it can follow some kind of system I'm not familiar with, please help :helpsmilie:
  10. Hi guys, I took some time today to test this out as I noticed that A10C-s ILS was working a bit odd, so I was wondering how does it work on SU-25T, and I can say something is not working right. I tested this on following "airports" : I managed to get the loc and gs indication on folowing runways: MOZDOK-ID:17 R08, MAYKOP-ID:05 R22, KRYMSK-ID:04 R22 and KRASNODAR-ID:02 R27 and indication looked like in this picture Ignore the bad approach :) It seams that it only worked on airports that had 2 runways with ILS and aircraft navigation guides you only on one of them :pilotfly: Runways I tested that didn't work and have ILS were: KOBULETI-ID:13 R07, SOCHI-ID:07 R06, NALCHIK-ID:16 R24, BATUMI-ID:11 R13, MINERALNYE VODY-ID:15 R30, TIBILIS-LOCHINI-ID:18 R31, TIBILIS-VAZIANI-ID:19 Indication on those runways looks like this Some of those "airports only have one Runway with ILS, but some have both and still don't work, but i didn't find an airport with single ILS that worked. Will post if I find something odd with my A10C. What are your experiences with other flaming cliffs 3 aircraft because im thinking of buying them, and I really like to do some bad weather approaches from time to time with an aircraft I'll newer get an opportunity to fly in real life :D but I like realism as much as possible.
