  1. Jetguy06's post in Fire Control Radar was marked as the answer
The FCR is currently cosmetic only, but ED is working in implementing it, hopefully, within the next few months. IIRC, the FCR was the next thing on their roadmap to implement after the datalink, and we just got DL in the last major patch. So, my best guess is sometime by Q1 or Q2 2024 you'll see the FCR implemented.
  2. Jetguy06's post in Map Bought, Not Available in Module Manager was marked as the answer
I'll definitely try it, but I got it installed. There was a tab for Terrains I wasn't seeing in the Installed section of the Module Manager. Once I reactivated the Channel Map and restarted DCS, it became available. Thanks for the help!!
  3. Jetguy06's post in HUD offset problem was marked as the answer
As said above, it's due to crosswind. Pressing the Cage/Uncage button on the throttle will cage the HUD, centering the symbology, and you will get a second velocity vector. You'll have the normal one which will be caged in your HUD, plus an extra "ghost velocity vector" which will not be caged and will show your true velocity. It's highly advised to uncage your HUD in the groove so you can get an accurate representation of your aircraft's velocity for lineup.
  4. Jetguy06's post in After stall, unable to recover was marked as the answer
Correct. Identify the deep stall, then power to Idle, press and hold the MPO switch, and oscillate the nose up and down. Remember to follow the nose, don't fight against it (IOW, when the nose drops, push forward on the stick. When it rises, pull back). Once the nose dips far enough to break the stall, release the MPO switch, regain airspeed above ~125KIAS, add throttle, and recover to level flight.
