Well, i tried landing on a blue landing site (same side as me) but that does not work, Anybody else have a clue? I would like to repair and take off again :)

It is a neutral station, but somehow it does not seem to work Also the menu for ground crew is black, so not selectable? I request refueling and the pilot speaks into comms, channel is on 18 sukumi and switch set to radio (not compass), so what am i missing=

Hi all, Today i managed to land the mig 21 at Sukumi Babushara (without the chute)! So quite happy, but it is lightly damaged and i want to request repairs and refueling, i put the radio on and requested refueling and repairs but nothing happens, i am off the runway at a "parking space" where several choppers are stationed, Where and how can u refuel?

Thanks, i did that but it does not work, i select thrust and put it to RX or RY but nothing happens, that works for you?

Hadwell, are u able to assign the throttle up/down keyboard command to the throttle of the x55? For some reason in controls i cant assign the key command to the throttle RY or RX, wonder if this is a bug? Thanks

Hi all, Is there anybody who uses a hotas profile for the x55 which also makes use of the throttle? My x55 hotas works fine, and everything works as it should in elite dangerous, including the throttle For some reason in dcs i cannot assign the throttle +/- on keyboard to my throttle because i cannot select the x55 for throttle function (dcs does recognize the x55 because it is listed as input device, in the section for the throttle it is not selectable, while for other functions, such as pitch and roll the x55 is selectable??) Is there a way to get the x55 throttle working in dcs?

Hi guys, I got my x55 and i am desperate to try it with the mig 21. Just opened the box and set up the x55, seems to be working ok Now i would like to use a profile for the mig 21.I came across one made by hadwell. It is a lua file. How do I get it to work with the x55? The x55 is the first hotas i have so sorry if this is a really dumb question:music_whistling: Thanks

Hi All Enjoying the mig 21, although many describe it as a simple fighter at the moment is complex enough for me! I hope the f14 will be "easier"...or should i adjust expectations? Carrier landings would be great, but sofar landing the mig 21 seems difficult enough already! I think i now how to use the rsbn (or something like that :)) to find the landing site/airfield. I also know how to catch the right approach/radial for the runway heading. So most of the times i get to the airport, and I tried landing without ils but that led to several crashes. So i would like to use the ILS system, but no matter what i try my ils never seems to work, i always get the signal that i am not correctly lined up (the 2 letters appearing in the display), even though i can see the runway and i am lined up ok. I sometimes get course signal but never glide signal, What am i missing here? Thanks Razza

Hi all -What are the runway radials for all the landing stations? I have found the information for all the landing sites but that is not very helpfull for me, there are a lot of headings/radials listed and when i use them in the sim and put my navigation in landing mode i am always not lined up correctly for the runway. Also the indicator does not seem to show the course correction i have to undertake So is there a list with the appropriate radials? For instance what is the radial for landing site 9? Thanks Razza

Thanks for the answers, What i meant was how to read out the radial you put in. I have seen a tutorial vid and there the pilot dials in a radial of 270 but i can't see how he determines what a radial of 270 is (in my understanding a radial of 270 would be at the 9 pm clock position of a watch but the pilot "moves" the pointer to a different position). So how do you "read" the dial (i understand that every notch is 2 degrees)? I think i am overlooking something.... Thanks Razza

Can someone explain how you dial in the radials within the RBGN dial. When you dial in the radials, say you one fly on a radial of 270 to airport number 8, how do you know exactly how many degrees you are switching it to. How do you read out the instrument? Many thanks
