I just tested it out and this orientation works great only one strange thing i noticed is a red/salmon pink colour tint on the image. At first I was wondering how I had thermals in the cockpit but colour on the tablet I tested it without the rotation and it works as normal with no colour distortion. Here's a potato quality image
