Welcome to DCS, the best Air to Air jets are the Su-27,Su-33,MiG-29 and the F-15. All the US Combat Jets are: A-10,F-15 and the F-86. There is also the P-51D (a unarmed version of the P-51 is free with DCS World). P.S. Watch some DCS V2 videos if you haven't already.

Aircraft like the MiG-23 or MiG-25 aren't impossible,i'd really like to see them.
