  1. No Worries I had to double check everything a bunch of times.
  2. SOLVED! This post got me on the right track. I always had VHF, BATT, #3 sig distribution etc. correct. What it turned out to be was I needed to map Pilot Radio trigger RADIO, not Pilot Radio trigger ICS. ICS is for intercom and RADIO is for radio. Once remapped it worked like a champ. Also, you do not have to hold it down once you get the radio menu options up. Thanks ALL for your help...
  3. This looks promising. I will try this tonight... Wasn't aware you had to hold the key down. Thought that once you selected the menu you could just select the appropriate F Key...
  4. I know, it's weird because I'm usually pretty good at this. One thing I noticed is it ONLY allows UHF am in the mission planner. It says MHZ AM and if I try to pick a VHF, like 133 it will give me an error message saying invalid frequency. seems like something is quirky with the mission planner...
  5. Just noticed, UH-1 is not coming up as an option in the mission editor when I try to use the F-86 mission that I am able to contact tower 43180 is the version I have as well
  6. Of course and engine running. Haven't tried other airfields maybe that's next. I am able to contact tower with the f-86 using the same mission... using 262 UHF, I have tried that too...
  7. I am unable to request start up with the UH-1H (No problem with the F-86 Sabre on 262 UHF). I have read the radio manuals and am pretty confident. I have tried 133 MHz on VHF and 262 UHF. All switches in T/R and have read everything I can find on it, but I still can't raise the tower at Kobuleti. Any Ideas?
  8. New installation to a win 8.1 machine (I have it successfully installed on other similar machines) and I have no mouse cursor on the opening screen to DCS World (Local Version). So Consequently I cannot get to options to turn off aero shell or anything else I have seen in these forums. I have also tried to ALT+TAB back and forth and still no joy. Thanks for any Help in Advance...
  9. I just tried and that and that wasn't it. It's set to summer 20C. Good thought though...
  10. Ok, first off I've flown the P-51D A LOT, from cold start, so I'm not a nub. I can start it fine from the training sessions and used to be able to start it from the mission editor. Now that is not the case. ONLY from the mission editor does it not start. Either manually or from the auto start sequence. Engine spins but never catches. Ver 1.2.16.43180 I have Fuel both in the mission editor and I have double checked when in the cockpit. All of the correct switches and magnetos and fuel supply, etc. As I said before I know how to start the bird and have done so many times. It's just now it won't start from a mission built in the mission editor. Any Ideas?
