Well. I found a solution. I tried backdating my graphics drivers a bit and it worked. What is strange is that they work intermittently. I had to pick a few before it worked just right. Thanks for all the help!

Temps seem okay. I also nearly bricked my computer updating my system BIOS. That didn't help either. Not sure its the temp since it fails while loading anything at that same exact part.

Okay. I've tried a few things, but I'm firing blind now. In Nvida control panel, I've been messing with a few items; none of which have worked yet. I have 2 GeForce GT 750Ms. Any suggestions? I tried working with just one of them already. Wasn't able to see any openGL options like the thread you gave me suggested.

That helped! So it seems like its an access violation for me. The problem is I've tried disabling UAC and I do run DCS world as an administrator. What else can I try? I too have a similar problem. I have the same symptoms and as I looked through my logs, I found the same issue: 00006.415 ERROR DXGUI_EDGE_RENDER: Cannot load texture '' The full log is attached. The error is near the bottom few lines. dcs.txt
