I need some help. I am working on a skin for the F-18 and I can't seem to find the tail hook texture anywhere. I've tried multiple places to no luck. Can someone tell me where it is located?

Its still broken it kinda loads but its like black and white but on my template its white and gray

Help! I've recently made a skin and converted the PSD to DDS but it won't work, I am at a loss and I've looked at youtube videos but am generally confused. I have the description file but every time I try and select the skin it gives me the skin that the description used!
