i am, but i dont know how to set it to english PS: okay, so i managed to se t it to english in steam options, i hope works now

wth...there is no german version for stick here either, joystick is also being called joystick in german... MAybe it will appear if i set the game to english, but I dont know how to do that, steam did that automatically.. :( PS: I looked thourgh every option, but still didnt find it that way...

i am in the P51D, I can chose ammunition, take HVAR rocekts or bombs and fuel tanks in the arming window

there is no such thing as a stick section unter ''P-51D Sim''...

So I just bought the P51 several hours ago. I already know how strt it, etc. from the TF51. Now the thing is that there is no key for firing weapons (guns ,rockets, bombs). Whenever i press the shoot button on joystick, nothing happens, not even the button the joytick ingame gets pushed. I didnt find anything related to canons or rockets in the P51 SIM settings, searched for the canon and also looked through every single setting, still couldnt find it. There are two or three weapon settings in P51 SIMPLE, but those dont work when i am flying. Pls help me, i am realy getting frustrated here! Also i have enabled the guns as well. Thanks in advance

So Eagle dynamics cant release the Su 34 because they dont know the necessary cockpit informations? They could just add it with the basic functions like the Su25T

so what plane are they gonna release next? I kinda wish it was the Me 262 and maybe some russian jet competitors like Su 34 or so. Also, why does ED not release planes with simple graphics and flightmodels in a beta stage first so people can also try them, like they did it with the MiG29, in my opinion they could also make a WWII package like FC3, but as I said with WWII stuff...

Hey guys, so I am still not quite sure whether I should get the BF 109 K4 or FW 190 in this game, but if the characteristics are decently realistic, then it should be something like this concerning its strengths: P51: high range with ext. fuel tanks, body armor, much ammunition for .50 cals BF 109: fast acceleration (best hp/weight ratio), good climb speed, very maneuverable, good max speed, good engine cooling Fw 190 decent acceleration, good max speed, decent climb, very good armament with a lot of ammunition I was going more for the bf109 k4, but what do you guys think or is the fw190 realy superior for doing dogfighting, cuz its a bit heavier, but not as heavy as the P51? Also does the 109 k4 have 2x13mm and 20mm or 2x13mm and 30mm in this game? CAn the BF 109 also have additional wing cannons, because in real life it can and can it also have few rockets here? I have some questions about the F/A 18 hornet that will be added to the game with the release of DCS world 2.0. Is the F/A 18 C/D hornet or F/A 18 E/F Super Hornet being added? Will it have JDAM/Paveway support with the Litening pod? How fast will it be with afterburner on optimal altitude? Does it also have optional Conformal fuel tanks, as far as I know every Hornet/Super Hornet supports CFTs? Should I save up money for the F/A 18 or for the BF 109 K4, cuz I dont own any prop planes, besides the tf51, which is free and doesnt have guns? (I have FC3 and the A10C) When will DCS World 2 be released if it doesn't get delayed? yours sincerely, EliteKatze

the F18 is also a carrier plane it should come out this year with DCS WORLD 2

Hey guys, so whenever I land a non-carrier plane on a carrier successfully it starts glitching around completely. Even though those planes shouldn't be landed on there, why can't ED still fix it so its more fun and still an option for missions for people that are good at landing planes and to make it more fun in general! So do you think that this will be fixed? I actually made a 3 min long video with those two landings I did it just so you know what I mean and that I managed to do it ;)! it literally says Bru 42 LS there when I click on pod, dont tell me something I already know!

when I am in the mission editor and payloadeditor, it still doesnt give me any additional options when i have chosen the bru42-ls, it still only adds one bomb and doesnt give me the option to have 3 bombs on that one pyoln (6) and on pages 131 to 133 in the english manual there is nothing concerning the bru42ls pod

i wanna use the bru42ls on the center pylon to use 3 bombs instead of one

but how do i attach 3 bombs on the bru42 ls pod?

Hey guys, I wanted to know what the bru42LS and mxu 648 pods do and how I use them. I read somewhere that the bru42 is something for attaching more than one bomb while you only wanna use one of the plane's pylons, also if this is not true, what does it do then? yours sincerely, EliteKatze

yea, but literally, no one of my friends and my ''gaming m8s'' play this game. I find it kinda rrogant if you say a game is a simulator just cuz 50% of the planes have a decently realistic flight model. Anything else besides the planes has bad textures, the map looks like its copied of of Google Earth

They also added the su 33 and mig29 with pretty much no realistic flight models, they could also add planes with all the clickable things and instead make a cheaper package with several of them like FC3. And I still dont get it WHY THEY ARENT ADDING THE ME 262 SCHWALBE...sorry for caps... its just such a sexy ass plane with some serious firepower under the hood, I wanna see the A10 pilots face when I am surpasing him with the me 262 from WWII XD

ARe you serious? I updated to beta 1.5 and they only changed the mig29's cockpit and the hot air and afterburner animation on the planes....the performance thing is still not completely fixed

Battlefield 4 currently costs 10€, yes, 10€ euros, I have bought it for 45€ after release and I bought premium for 35€ when it was cheaper and I have 650 hours of playtime, am max rank, and still have fun playing. Where I have FC3 and a10c for DCS, its already boring after 80 hours of playtime, besides the fact that there are too few servers with people on them here ;(

Hey guys, so in some months DCS World 2 should be released, which hopefully brings better performance (more than 2 threads/cores support) to the table and better textures, more planes, etc. But personally I don't think that this game realy has a future. I am happy that they fixed the constant crashes many weeks ago, but there are many other ''issues''. It is a fact, that this game is mostly played by people, who just wanna have fun cruising around or doing simple missions, so basically the game kinda needs those people besides the ''pros'', who take this more seriously, it doesnt realy matter how good you are or so. The problem is, that pretty much no people go come into this game and genre, so the producers of this game wont get much financial support from people who are spending some high amounts of money on planes, besides that its a complete rip off, that you can only use a key 10 times and need to spend 50€ on a plane too. This game is kinda too unbalanced too, with the upcoming DCS 2.0 update, some planes are gonna get obsolete. Let's take the F18, its a capable ground attack and air superiority fighter that can land on carriers too, its basically gonna make the A10C mostly obsolete, because it can be used against air targets and in general its much faster expecially with afterburner. They only case where the A10 might be more useful is when the target area isnt too far away and the ground targets dont contain SAMs or something like that. I mean seriously, most of the dlcs will also be barrely bought, because they're too expensive with 50€ per plane. As far as I know they're only gonna add american planes, no russian ones, isnt that kinda unbalanced when you wanna have a decently realistic scenario where its US vs. RU? I think they should add at least the su34 ground attack plane cuz it can at least use laserguided munition like the F18, A10, F15E, etc. I am not hating this game or anything, thats just my opinion. Also, why the heck does the p51 cost 27€ and the bf109 and fw190 45€? Are they realy gonna add the F15E with the release and are they gonna add CFT (conformal fuel tank) support for the F15C too, cuz as far as I know its also capable of having one on each engine's outer wall. What are your opinions, guys? (sorry for english)
