Totally not elitist... It's not your opinion that's the problem (whatever makes you sleep easier.) It's the delivery of that opinion. If you didn't come across so smug and up your own derrier so much, the other guys wouldn't have had a problem. Man up. Anyway, the x55 is decent - it's switches are essentially buttons allowing for a broader compatibility compared to the TM Warthog with other sims. I upgraded to the Warthog about a year ago, but both have their own problems. Don't let the fancy metal on the Warthog fool you in to a sense of security which is quite evident already LOL

Hey everyone! The Air-to-Air (AA) mode on the TGP is not working properly anymore. Whilst it is perfectly fine in Air-to-Ground mode, in Air-to-Air you can no longer slew the TGP view over a target or anything - it's locked in place. I've also just tested in stable version 1.2.16.43180, and it works perfectly fine, and this only occurs in the 1.5 beta. I encourage everyone to try this out, I came across it when trying out the interactive Air-to-Air training mission in 1.5 for a laugh. I thought I was doing something wrong until I opened up DCS 1.2.16 and realised the TGP is broken in the beta 1.5. Simply press the AA OSB option on the TGP, and try to pan around with slew controls. The view is locked to the bore sight, and cannot be panned around. it helps if you point the nose of the plane down so you have something to look at, then try slewing - you can't tell if you're looking into the sky :D Hope this information is valuable!
