Hey, I just encountered a bug in the Hornet: When using the JDAM in TOO it seems like even when you switch from TOO 1 to TOO 2 and designate a new target, both are being overwritten, and it's the case whether I use the WP designate or the TPOD. What I did: boxing TOO1, designate, check coordinates, undesignate, box TOO2, designate new target, then press undesignate again. Did that for all combinations I could think of, TOO 1 and 2 from different waypoints, both from TPOD, one from TPOD and one from WP, and vice versa. Also I noticed, when I designate for TOO1 while having nothing in TOO2, coordinates and elevations gets input in both. Thank's for reading me. EDIT: After stopping avast and then avoiding avast to scan files fromDCS,the problem was solved, thank you a lot !

What could be the problem with avast ?

Good evening guys, I just updated dcs 1.5 open beta to the last update and then.. Nothing, I see a "DCS.exe" in my task manager and it has apparently 0 to 1 process and is as big as approx 73Mo.. And when I try to open DCS again I get the message "sorry, only one instance is allowed". Does anybody else has the same issue ? Does that mean I should go back to 1.2 or go with NTTR to 2.0 ? Unfortunatly yes, I think this one has a great potential.. And it'll be intersting for a "realistic training course" because of the upcoming mirage F1 by the same dev

As for fixed wing fighters/trainer I'd have to say I can't wait for the Mirage F1 and I'd also like to see a Mirage III, an A-4 Skyhawk, an A-7 corsair ii, a PC-9 - T6-A/ AT-6 wolverine (whatever copy of the PC9), It could also be intersting to have the F6F or the Corsair. As for the helicopters the gazelle was my first wish and It'll be released soon but the Super Puma or Caracal I'd love to see them ! Also a "conventional" attack helicopter like the Tiger, or apache. Also I think a transport/gunship aircraft could be a fun addition, maybe the C-130 ? Or maybe a tanker ? But I don't think it really fill in the DCS philosophy..

Exactly, sorry I misred.. I thought I red EFM instead of AFM, but AFM still better than SFM tbh

I saw a kind of "future update log" on Aviodev's facebook page that said the EFM will be released in the next update

Good morning guys, I just got my hands on this beauty but It's pretty hard to configure the throttle and commands, especially the flaps control, I seem to not being able to use the UP - MR - DN switch like I do on the A-10C. It seems like I can't use the "commutator" function of the throttle in DCS, for example on the F-15C I can't use the APU ON for Battery ON and APU OFF for Battery OFF while on the A-10C I can do that with the files that ED Gave me in the input directory. It goes the same way for the Albatros, I can't use Flaps UP for Flaps "in flight pos", Flaps MD for Flaps "TO pos" and Flaps DN for Flaps "LD pos". If anyone has a solution it could be really great ! Also it seems like the hawk isn't updated much and still have its SFM while the C-101 is about to get its EFM. Thank's for your answer, I bought the albatros and I'm waiting for sales to get my hands on the C-101 !

Hello guys, I'm pretty new to the forum and pretty new to DCS in general (1.5 permitted me to start simming here). I already owned FC3 and the marvelous A-10C (and to be honest it's a joy to fly it even if i'm still learning the systems). I'm really enjoying them but I'd like to start looking at trainers as I find the trainer philosophy really intersting. :joystick: So here come the questions, what would you choose over those two aircrafts ? And is the Hawk "good enough" I mean AFM and systems fidelity ?
