I was actually just about to edit my post after realizing that the one I was considering pre-ordering was not the one that was sold out on Stratojet's website. Well, this is unfortunate. Is there any chance I'll be able to preorder this at a later date? I'm going to be pretty upset if the only way I'll be able to get my hands on one of these now is if I buy it second hand, especially if there's a price hike due to the demand.

US citizen here: Is the only way to preorder this through the European VKB FSC website now? The only US distributor I know of (Stratojet) is currently sold out... I'm pretty bummed out that I just found out about this stick today. I haven't played flight sims in a while because I lacked a PC at my college to play them on. Am about to finish a new desktop build, and I just started looking into getting a new HOTAS setup. Even with the international shipping, the price on the European site is only 5$ more than Stratojet, and it says that there are no taxes. Would it be safe to preorder directly from VKB FSC?
