I play in VR. Haven't played for a month, been busy. Anyways, fire DCS up couple of days ago, it does an update. Then fires up, get the new Nvidia splash screen, then crashes to desktop. Did a repair, did nothing. Did a deep repair, then it fires up in 2D. Seems fine, click the VR button, does it's reboot then crashes again. Obviously it doesn't like VR anymore. Does this in MT and regular. Ran perfectly before the update and never had an issue like this. I really, really don't want to do a reinstall because I play in a simpit with a bunch of virpil gear and re-mapping would be a nightmare. Yes I know, I can backup the config files, but that has given me issues in the past. Just wondering if I'm missing anything dumb about this. My system is high end (13900k and a 4090)... any ideas appreciated!

Just curious if anyone else has this issue! Couldn't start the Huey for a month! It would never fire up on start after I installed the WinWing collective. Then noticed the throttle on the collective wasn't engaging the throttle in game! Dunno why that wouldn't let it at least start up though, BUT if I use the mouse and increase the throttle about half way with the mouse, then the collective throttle works fine and the start up works fine as well after I put it back to idle. Have to use the mouse every time to get it to work with the collective throttle! Any simple reason for this? Only the Huey does this, all other choppers, the throttles work fine from game startup... Thanks.

DOH! Got it to work. The DCS updater in the BIN folder was in a zipped format for some reason! Weird!

Yep, that fixed it thanks, but now when I try to install my purchased modules I get a CTD. Tried with the check marked install window that pops up, crash, one at a time, crash. Funny it's so rock solid on my PC. Doesn't like my MSI Titan I guess! Thanks for the help.

Installed the game on my laptop, runs fine on my PC and ran on the laptop before. It's 2.7 open beta. On launch a box pops up showing that the DCS Updater 2.11.1.83 saying "The application was modified!" then the updater box shows up for a second and closes. Any reason for this? Please don't say re-install, it took like 10 hours to download this the game LOL :( Thanks
