Hi Deano thanks for the youtube tutorial managed to map the VR zoom to my joystick now still cant get the cursor to show in VR mode though its driving me nutts lol. Ive ticked use cursor mode in VR settings but see no cursor

Hi Guys Im looking for some good advice on building a new pc for DCS My current system does ok but I need to start from scratchand buld one from the motherboard up. I will be building it over a few months so money is no object though within reason say nothing more than £800 to £1200. My current system is nothing exciting with a basic 1tb hard drive running on NTFS, windows 10 x64, i5 processor 6400 at 2.71ghz, graphics I have a Nvidia Gegorce GTX1060 3gb, Memory I have 12gb DDR3 RAM. Oh and my power supply 480watts with a basic case. So Im looking at first a good motherboard possibly to use my current graphics card along with another obviously more RAM better CPU better power supply. Any help would be much appreciated. I also use the Oculus rift DK2 at present and going to be upgrading to the CV1. Thanks Glynn

Hi guys need help and advice on what is best to upgrade my system. I am currently running the new version 2.6.24.37 along with Normandy, Nevada, and flaming cliffs. My spec at the minute are: Windows 10 x64, i5 processor 6400 2.71ghz, 1TB NTFS Drive, DDR3 12Gb ram, Nvidia Geforce 1060 GTX, I use a Saitek x52 and oculus rift dk2. Would it be wise to go for an i7 processor ? Would it make much difference ? Would a solid state drive help ? Any advice would be much appreciated :smilewink:

I did have thought I needed to upgrade to 2.6 so downloaded auto install and its uninstalled my 2.5 so waiting to download it again now doh. Once its installed will have a look as i need to put normandy, spitfire back on too. Didnt realise there was a box for checking activations for my flaming cliffs.

Hi Guys not been using DCS for long so still reaqding all the info ect on mission editing and campaigns. My problem is when I come to make a mission in editor I cannot seem to be able to pick a Hawk T1 with guns or rockets I go to load out once picked my plane but it doesnt seem to have a version with any guns or rockets anybody got any ideas what I am doing wrong ? regards Glynn
