Hi all, I am having some real major problems with starting DCS 1.5 since Thursday of last week , i know i have another thread on here regarding this and really apologies but thought i needed to try and get some help again? I cannot start 1.5 due to errors below so i uninstalled and rebooted I reinstalled 1.5 last night, all installed and run up first time , today i have turned on my computer and DCS will not start , i keep getting errors below regarding modified files DCS.exe has been modified it may be damaged or infected by a virus please scan your computer and reinstall I removed `run as administrator` and received the following error next: Cockpit A10c.dll has been modified -----same quote as above--------- I have done a repair and nothing changes!! I have updated my nvidia graphis drivers and i am only running win defender I have removed the saved games folder as info states and still have the cockpita10.dll error Reinstalling is having no effect Please anyone could try to give me some ideas I have attached logs and autoupdate files thanks gazmonalpha Logs.zip autoupdate_log.txt autoupdate_log_old.txt

Only other thing was that not all profile actions seemed to work that's why I thought I was doing something wrong Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

you might have solved what a 2 page thread couldnt...i need to test i just reinstalled again all is good but bit frightened to launch target

You never link to the excutable? ok interesting as i have another thread on here regarding target and dcs, in short i did link to the excutable (or what i assumed was dcs exe) and when i tryed to start DCS it had modified `dll` FILES and i had to reinstall the game.. obviously maybe this was my problem? so just load it and leave the info out

can i just ask a quick question regarding basic running of DCS profiles from Target I downloaded an F15-c Warthog profile from the DCS website I opened up target and went to `fly now` menu, what is the excutable file i need to link too for DCS in the `path` bar can someone tell me please as i think i linked to DCS updater.exe and it gave me some problems

Bignewy, I have just installed my DCS 1.5 and all the modules i had, it was running fine last night, i then installed DCS 2.0 and my modules I have done nothing else and both DCS 1.5 and 2.0 are now refusing to start due to modified file errors again i have not attempted a repair yet, as before it didnt do anything? Win defender is off and UAC is off DCS 2.0 is an error with DCS.exe? DCS1.5 is an error with Asyncnet.dll ..again i have attached my most recent logs again please could you have a look and advise Any help really appreciated as this seems crazy gazmon LogDCS 1.5.zip Logs 2.0.zip

Hold on I didn't mean I was modifying files ... It being done automatically by running the profile from target , dcs wont run after this Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

DCS has been running fine until i tryed to use a custom f15 profile via target software Target is uncompatable with DCS for me it seems....... Modifying `dll` files

hi bignewy, Disable win defender and UAC Done a game repair and following happened DCS.exe error is gone and error is replaced with FC3 Error `F15.dll` now I deleted this file with mods/aircrafts/Flaming Cliffs/bin/F15.dll DCS runs but if i go to campaigns menu it loads straight into the `loading splash screen` without bringing up campaign mission options?? I then done a repair and rebooted and i have cockpitA10C.dll mdified error where is all the modification coming from after a repair?? going round in circles Any ideas please

Hi, Just disabled window defender and rebooted, i ave run DCS again i now have an error with DCS.exe now Repair should sort this yes??

hi, i reinstalled again to a different drive and all was fine until i used TM Target software below i have run target tm software with a downloaded profile entering the path etc in target dialogue box as the manual states DCS application starts and gives the error message `the application module Asyncnet.dll has been modified this has have something to do with me running a pre-made profile that i have downloaded from DCS website why does dcs not like me running a profile from target anything i can do? thanks

thanks sorry for the all noob questions im still getting to grips with the warthog where do i place this code and where do i find the file please is there any resources i can find to explain the coding methods etc for the warthog much appreciated

Thanks So what ur saying is that if I don't use target I will not see the flap toggle because that will not be mapped How do u mean a pulse how do I configure that? Is that done in target?/

Hi Do I have to have target software running when I start DCS to get all the joystick and throttle buttons to be recognised in the in game control Example..I want to assign the flap toggle switch in the F15c to the same as is used by the TM warthog throttle for A10c But when I try this nothing happens when I click the flap toggle switch forward or back when trying to assign it in the options/control section Thanks Gazmon

i have just reinstalled the 1.5 and all modules to another drive and open alpha 2.0 to another drive i deleted my saved games folders and all seems well, must be the mission i made in editor and modified terrain could do without spending all day downloading again!! servers are slowwww All very strange why it stopped working , probably could have fixed without deleting maybe?

i just ran the profile from the desktop where i saved it, is this an issue?? yes im going to just di a reinstall to a different drive first to see if this cures it

hmm.....question then for you the only mod i have made which was a few weeks ago was to install the `hi-res` terrain updates available on the DCS website? and yesterday was the first time i made and used the the mission editort to make a free flight mission, i also downloaded yesterday a thrustmaster warthog profile for f15-c i played the mission left the game for 30 minutes then when i re started the gamed i got the error and application would not start i reinstalled and the error returned, i am reinstalling to a different drive to see if it works

Hi, I cannot start DCS progam 1.5 because i recieve the following message Flaming cliffs 3 error ` The application module fr15.dll has been modified This is after a brand new re- install , i also tryed repair but didnt fix This has never happened before any help please gazmon

Hi, Maybe a basic question but i downloaded an the DCS F15-C profile on here to use, i loaded up in the `target` software (i think i done it right) run the profile but in dcs 2.0 nevada does not seem to be recognised or working anything im doing wrong?? any help appreciated Regards Gazmon
